Very secure, friendly staff, clean and cozy room. Heat in our room, and 2 feather pillows. The breakfast was wonderful, including yogart, fresh fruit, and tomales. The coffee was excellent. The night staff checked on our flight reservations and printed our tickets for check-in. We highly recommend this hotel for your Cusco stay. In the San Blas area, lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from. Only thing that wasn´t excellent was the sound proofing, you can hear everything in the lobby from our room that was right next to the front desk, but everyone was very polite and quite quiet.

We stayed at the Hotel & Mirador Los Apus on two occasions and both times we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and it is located within easy walking distance to the Plaza D'Armas in the centre of the old city of Cusco. The breakfast which is included in the room price had a good range of choices and we felt that all in all this hotel gave excellent value for the rates that we paid. We would certainly recommend it to other travellers who are looking for good value at budget prices. .

friendly and efficient reception and welcome...very nice room, very helpful staff, nice and clean room, felt safe as a a single traveler. rooftop bar/restaurant was not open but it was the low season and there were not enough guests to warrant that, so I ate elsewhere.

Very cute hotel, just delightful decor. Breakfast was delicious and starts very early if you need to catch a bite at 5am. Service was attentive. Lights flicker on and off on the second and third floors (flaky motion sensors). The WiFi signal is very weak and super super slow. They mixed up my bags and brought someone else's bag to my room and then couldn't find my bag for a while (they eventually did find my bag). Worst was NO hot water second day we were there. We called down several times and they insisted they were working on it, but it never got hotter than room temperature. My poor girlfriend ended up crying in the shower because she had been four days hiking and was so looking forward to a hot shower. CHECK THE HOT WATER.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to all important city sights in Cusco. Around the corner from some of Cusco's best restaurants and all the travel comp. Comfortable, clean, great service, fantastic breakfasts. Very nice beds. Stayed 5 nights, 3 different times with friends. Will go back next time in Cusco.

The hotel is charming and very tranquil. The staff are always so helpful and cordial. The design has complemented the antigua style and is simply fabulous. There was a problem with the gas heater for central heat but the staff worked very hard to solve the problem.

No room is the same - they are individual and quaint with their own themes. The beds are very comfortable. Some rooms have a bathtub. The breakfast buffet is not very interesting.

Had excellent service. The hotel held our lugage for 3 full days while we went hiking, offered tea immediately upon arrival, and was really responsive to our needs. Upon our return we were placed in a different room. I was a little more noise as it was on the first floor, but the worse thing was that it only had a shower and we would have really appreciated a bath tub after 3 days of hiking out doores

The location of the hotel is really good, walking distance from city's main square. Most of the rooms don't have natural light because the windows are looking at the main area of the hotel and you have to have your curtains closed all the time.

My stay at Los Apus was very pleasant. The hotel is located at 5 min walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, in a really quiet corner of this busy city. The staff was always very helpful, my room was clean, WiFi worked perfectly, free transfers from/to airport. The breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about, but considering this is a 3* and a rather inexpensive choice, I think it is about right. I got room 104, which is right across the lobby and therefore is a little noisy, but I have to say that the staff and the other guests have tried to make as little noise as possible.

We stayed for 2 nights, and were generally pleased with our accomodation. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style, and quite spacious. I also liked the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was nice: bread, juice, yogurt, fruit, cheese, ham. The location is also very convenient, yet quiet. I thought the staff could have been a bit warmer and more helpful (I didn't think it made sense that they couldn't get us a city taxi on a Sunday evening). I also found it strange that no one offered to help us with bringing our bags to our third floor room when we checked in. A warm dish for breakfast would also be nice. For us the most significant disadvatage was a lack of computer for guests usage (they do have WiFi, but we didn't travel with laptops).

Nice room. Beautiful hotel. On the first day there was no water, once I called reception it took about 30 minutes for the water to came. And when checking out the credit card machine for master card was not working, payment with visa must be done with soles, not a big problem if they had used the rigth tax rate, about 1,75 soles for a dollar, but their tax rate was 1,90. When I complained they changed it too 1,85, also abusive. My taxi was waitting so I just paid the bill, but I did not like the attitude so I won't go back there.

The front office staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. When our daughter left a special blanket in our hotel room at Aguas Calientes, Aintje on the front desk helped us to call the hotel there and arranged with the Assistannt Manager to bring the blanket to Cusco a few days later. Also, when we arrived very early back in Cusco one morning after an overnight bus trip from Puno, Yuti on the front desk checked us in to our room by 6am and provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciated as we just wanted to eat, shower and sleep for a few hours. The hotel is located in a great area of San Blas but still only 5 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas, and has a lovely atmosphere about it. The breakfast included in the tariff is fantastic and includes a buffet of fresh fruit, breads, juices, cheese and cold cuts as well as eggs made to order.Thank you to Hotel Los Apus for really making our visit to Cusco a special one.

Front desk staff (young lady) was always courteous and provided excellent advise on local attractions and restaurants. Rooms were well decorated and unique. Poor ventilation and overall stagnant feeling of the air quality in the hotel room.

The staff, especially the waiter Reuben, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Any information that we needed was always provided quickly and efficiently, and always with a smile. The room we had during the first part of our stay (5-9 April) had no external windows, and thus was a bit noisy and stuffy.
