The staff was very helpful in setting up transportation and giving information The doors are so thin that a wake-up call to another room would wake up everyone in the hotel. Any noise from the lobby was heard through the doors. |

Excellent staff, always sympathetic, ready to help, with thorough knowledge and very good tips about the region; very agreeable location; a simple but delicious breakfast. The staff did its best to solve problems in the key, in the safe, in the heating system and so on. Owners should take better care of the building and equipment, and the only reason why I have not left the hotel in the very first day was the amazing effort the staff did to solve every difficulty presented to them - and always with a smile on their faces. |

The hotel is extremely well located, in Cuzco's cultural district, just a few blocks away from the "Plaza de Armas" and many other points of interest. My room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel staff is very nice as well, and they paid for my taxi to the airport. I think they could offer a bottle of water to their customers (instead, it is sold at a price of 4 soles, twice its price in any other place!) |

インテリア、ホテル全体の内装やデザインが素敵だった。朝食が朝5時からというのが良かった。中心地のある- ます広場から徒歩5分、賑やか過ぎず、中心地にも近くて立地が良かった。301の部屋は眺めもよくバルコニ- ー付きで最高の部屋だった。 ホテルの作りが独特で部屋により窓があったりなかったり、部屋の大きさも違うので当たり外れがあると思う。- 窓のある部屋とリクエストしたので幸い窓のある開放的な部屋を利用できた。 |

O hotel é limpo e os funcionários são atenciosos. Fica bem localizado, próximo à Praça de Armas e das bucólicas ruas de San Blas. É tranquilo, com sistema anti-ruídos e com uma boa relação custo-benefício. À noite, período de maior frio, a água do chuveiro demora para esquentar. Os aquecedores esquentam demais o ambiente durante o café da manhã porque não há muito espaço interno. |

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgesucht, da wir am Ende unserer Reise ein schönes Hotel wollte und somit ein bißchen mehr ausgeben haben. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit Heizung und heißem Wasser. Alles hat wunderbar gepasst. |

Im Hotel los Apus kann man sich ruherum wolfühlen. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe der Plaza de Armas ist super, die Zimmer großzügig freundlich und sauber. Wir wohnten , da wir mehrmals auf der Rundreise hier Station machten in 3 verschiedenen Zimmern und waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders lobenswert sind die sehr netten Mitarbeiter, die immer hilfsbereit und freundlich waren, ganz besonders zu erwähnen Sandra, la recepcionista, die uns bei allem half, sei es Karten, Buse oder ähnliches. Wir fühleten uns fast wie daheim. Muchas gracias a la gente de los apus un servicio increible. |
