the staff very helpful and in a sfe location in miraflores which i think as a tourist is the best option to stay in lima as it is safe and taxi rides into other areas during the day for sight seeing is veryy cheap..also the hotel is georgeous and the breakfast is nice... although the staff was very helpful and kind and accomodating during our stay i got ripped off when i checked out by the exchange rate from dollars to soles when i got changed for paying for some extras...ask for the rate before you exchange even though the people there were so good maybe it was just a mistake!

Good price, close to most of the action in Miraflores, and good breakfast was included in my booking. Also, easy to setup reasonably priced airport transfers through the hotel. Even though the hotel is close to the beach on a map, there is an enormous hill down to the beach and few access points. This applies to most hotels in Miraflores.

The staff ws so helpful. We wanted to get our boarding passes printed out for and early flight next morning and they worked hard at it even when their printer wasn't cooperating. The staff kept after it until we had them in hand. they went out of their way to be helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Senor Ruben, the owner, was there everyday to welcome us personnally at breakfast and help us with anything we might need. The place was clean, had a lovely inner patio, full of flowers, buffet breakfast was excellent. Room giving to the patio was very quite. Restaurants were walking distance. We loved our 4 days stay. Would highly recommend. The blankets on the bed were far too heavy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed me to use the reception pc to check-in online for my flight and print off the boarding card. Location is spot on as less than 10 minutes walk up to Parque Kennady or down to Lacomer shopping & entertainment area. you are literally 1 minute stroll away from the main shopping street than runs from Park Kennady to the ocean view. Breakfast was fine with choice of meats etc but exactly the same each day, My room was right at the top of the stairs above reception so was a little noisy plus it had a wooden floor outside so every passing footstep could be heard. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper and there is a bar/nightcub 100mts up the street and on my 1st night I could just hear the music and nise of dwellers leaving the premises until the early hours. Was really tired my 2nd night and had a drink myself on the 3rd night and didn't here any noise/

Good value. Nice buffet breakfast. Clean. Great location. No response to email prior to arrival. Wanted to arrange shuttle to/from airport. Would also like them to have thier own website. Was concerned prior to arriving, but pleasantly surprised after arrival.

I could not stay there because I missed the pickup person,however they made arrangements at the san martin, but I had breakfast at the lodge. Very good service for both and I liked it better than our group hotel jose antonio down the street. The manager of both places was very accommodating and I would recommend both. My favorite is the lodge because it was quaint.

We stayed here for one night and everything was fine. It is chilly in Lima at this time of year but the room did have portable heaters. It was not fancy but everything was clean. If you want a traditional place to stay and do not want to spend a lot of money then this is a great deal. Breakfast was included and there was fruit available all the time. The staff were very friendly.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of the safe Miraflores district. Seafront is 5 mins. walk, as is the shopping mall Larcomar and the restaurant / bar area Parque Kennedy. Breakfast is great, staff very helpfull, esp. the owner, who speaks excellent english. Rooms are large but a bit basic, furniture a bit dated. Some street and hallway noise, but not excessive.
