when we arrived to the hotel, there was a family gathering . no hotel sign on the buliding.very poor stuff i wating one hour in order to pay for the room in the morning, but eventully i paied in the evetning. |

This is a family oriented hotel used by Peruvians year after year because it is family owned and run by very helpful, knowledgeable people. If we needed help with anything at all the staff was ready to provide directions, suggestions and assist with anything. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious and filling...we could skip lunch and eat an early evening meal. This became our home away from home! In addition to the first 5 nights here, we booked our last 2 nights in Peru here because we enjoyed it so much. There was a slight musty smell in either the mattresses or the bedside table which I think was mostly due to the humid climate. It didn't bother my traveling companion and I got used to it. |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the rooms had a nice bath and television. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely stay there if we return to Lima. One of the best experiences we had. |

Excellent choice. Well decorated room, Very helpful and friendly staff, Convenient location at the centre of Miraflores. We liked it because it doesn't look like so much like a hotel, but more as a guesthouse! A minor problem : There was no heating in the room but we took a small radiator from the reception and the problem was solved |

Excellent Host, was very, very friendly and gave us a room at the 1st floor. The breakfast was (unusual for that prize) amazing with fresh juices and homemade pastries, etc.. Located in an old colonial house, very clean, quiet and reasonable prized for Miraflores, very good location. Travel agency in the same building. Possible to pay with CC (without extra charges, unusual for Peru). Possibility for Barbecue. |

El ´personal del hotel es muy amable, las instalaciones son comodadas de acuerdo a la relación precio, el hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy completo. En nuestro proximo viaje a Lima repito. Las almuhadas, se han desgastado. |

La amabilidad del personal La iluminacion de las habitaciones no es muy buena y ademas si se quiere leer en la cama es casi imposible. Estaria bien poner una lamparitas encima de las camas!! |

cafe da manhã muito bom/quarto grande/banheiro limpo e confortavel/funcionarios prestativos e gentis/agua gratis no quarto/frutas e chá gratis durante todo o dia. deveriam colocar janelas no retangulo de ventilação no banheiro.No inverno o quarto fica muito frio e tb melhores cobertores. |

Pricipalmente la posizione e l'abiente. Il personale molto simpatico ed attenzioso. In generale mi sono trovato bene considerando il prezzo. Problemi con hi-fi in camera e potrebbero migliorare un po' il servizio camera (cambio biancheria, asciugamani, ecc.). |
