Hotel Ollanta  

The staff was helpful. The rooftop garden was a good place to relax and watch the New Year's Eve fireworks.

The hotel was not in good repair. Our room had newspaper and plastic bags stuffed between the wall and the window to separate it from the next room. Our daughter's room had bugs and spiders, though the staff quickly changed her to another cleaner room. In addition, the hotel was not a good value for the room cost and the state of the facilities..

Really friendly staff who helped us plan our time in Ica. Comfy and clean room, but quite a bit more expensive than a lot of places we stayed. The location is not the best, you need to take a taxi everywhere but as a positive it is very quiet at night.

The young lady in reception was super helpful and went out of her way to help you avoid being ripped off ie by flagging down safe taxis rather than calling overpriced companies for you, and advising how to see many sites independently rather than selling overpriced tours. She made our albeit short stay.Room was clean but basic.

Seems to be some minor renovation work at the moment, which ck means common areas are pretty dusty, although room was fine.

Staff was very helpful and really went extra mile to solve the problems. Nice breakfast, beds are comfy.

Room is simple and rather weary, not everything works as it should (TV remoter gone missing, occasionally no hot water etc.). Noise of the street woke me up, even though the location is away from heavy traffic and city centre. Constant sound of water in the room as a pipe went across the ceiling.

This was a quick two night trip so we needed everything to work out. Attentive, interested very informative staff made things easy. My wife and I like the great views to the dunes from the roof top terrace specially at sunset, Hot bread scramble eggs and fruit started off our scrumptious breakfast... walking distance to the museum (5min), and the local Zoo, cheap restaurants as well, and big shopping centers. The hotel brings great value for its price.

Wasn't sure what to expect but we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is super clean. Our room was large, bright with plenty of windows refrigerator and minikitchen, minimally furnished, with a phone and WiFi and plenty of boiling water! Room faced the main street and Dunes but it was surprisingly quiet and quite comfortable.(the only inconvinience was the last floor). We use the jacuzzi with dunes views.The staff was really helpful and informative. We took a couple of their tours which were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was prepared when we came down each morning . . . fresh squeeze orange juice, scramble eggs, breakfast bread, and tea/coffee.

The owner was friendly and spoke English but the rest of the staff didn't speak English so a little difficulty.

My problem is the next day I noticed many red dots on my legs which are a tell-tale sign of bed bugs. I couldn't recommend based on this...

Too expensive for this service. There is a little bit water and nothing as breakfast.

La ubicación, aunque los moto-taxi te dejan en el centro por 2.5 soles.

Llegamos a Ica , fuimos al hotel y nos manifestaron que no había separación y que no trabajaban con uds.Insistimos y nos proporcionaron una habitación chica e incómoda al mismo precio. La verdad q¨ nos desilusionó todo el proyecto y sugerimos q´ uds. trabajen con hoteles más serios.

Localização não tão boa, sem facilidades como restaurantes próximo.

las habitaciones muy espaciosas y limpias la terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares, el bar es atractivo, buena señal de wifi. es cercano de los centros comerciales. Está ubicado en un sitio tranquilo y seguro. Es muy buen hotel. A parte de todo tienes muy buenos costos. El personal es muy amable e informativo sin duda alguna lo recomiendo.

O atendimento da dona foi muito bom bem como a sua vontade em nos ajudar com os passeios turísticos da cidade

Não houve troca de roupa de quarto nos 3 dias, tampouco arrumação do quarto, o café da manhã é simples e com poucas opções e o banheiro tinha pouca água

La patronne qui tient l'hôtel est tres gentille, et s'est tres bien oqp de nous. Il ne faut pas hésiter a faire qlq recherches pour avoir le meilleur prix.

Nada me ha gustado en el hotel ollanta. No lo recomendo a nadie....

El hotel es horrible. En la ciudad hace demasiado calor y no hay aire acondicionado. El desayuno es bien sencillo. No han limpiado la habitación. El televisor no funcionaba en una de las habitaciones. Además, en el último día no había agua en los baños y no hemos podido ducharnos.

Anche se l hotel e' fuori dal centro di ica, si trova in un quartiere tranquillo pieno di servizi e sorvegliato giorno e notte!e' a 10 min di tuc tuc dall oasi di huacachina e a 5 min dal centro.la colazione e' abbondante e le camere sono in linea con lo standard Dell hotel.il personale e' davvero gentile e prodigo di informazioni.wifi in tutta l area.

Nichts. Wir sind am nächsten Tag wieder ausgezogen und haben uns in der Nähe ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

Das Hotel war schmutzig, Bettwäsche teils gebraucht, Handtücher zerrissen, wir mussten 10 Minuten läuten bis jemand kam die Tür zu öffnen, in mehreren Leuchtkörpern fehlten die Glühbirnen.
