Pirwa Bed And Breakfast Machu Picchu  

One of the most helpful staff we met during our trip. Check-in easy and fast. They printed our MP tickets which saved us from going up to the ruins only with our invoice, the room was very well presented to us etc. The room was extremely spacious. We where lost there :-). Everything was clean. Locaton is good. Well Aquas Calientes is tiny so I wouldnt include that as a factor at all.

Once the breakfast was not prepared right at 4:30 as promised but we didnt want to eat at all at that time, so no troubles for us.

everything, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, answering heaps of emails before we got there and purchasing our machu picchu tickets and train tickets for us, and were also very helpful when we arrived. The hostel was a little piece of heaven with gorgeous views over the ruins. The hostel resident cat was also a hit with me but not my husband! :) Can't say how much we loved it there, only pity was it was only for one night and not longer.

Very very pleasant personal, gave all necessary information. Clean hostal with good panaramic view! Delishious brecfast can be early in the morning (5 a.m.)!

The location was great not to close of the noise from the street and the train... The staff very friendly, we also where abled to take a shower after we came back from a long journey in matchu picchu and this even if we did not staf for the night.

It was loud and in a relatively bad location, the rooms were dirty and never once serviced. The hot water took 10 minutes to get hot.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and in a decent part of town.

The hallways were noisy starting early in the morning so earplugs are a must. Rude people who were up at 4:00-5:00 AM would talk in the stairwell which was right next to most rooms and echoed like crazy waking us up. Also, the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty in our room...

Huge very clean room with a great view; nice and friendly staff (speaking English). Great value for money.

Staff was very friendly! Room was big, lots of space for our packs and hiking gear. Beds were reasonably comfy. Bathroom was clean and we appreciated the hot water after hiking the Inca Trail but it stayed very very damp after 3 showers and smelled dank/sewagey. Receptionist was great and put out a continental breakfast for us even though we did not make it in time for the usual breakfast period. We were also allowed to hang out in the lobby long after check out while we waited for our train.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom; smelled dank and sewagey. Duvets did not have a cover and were rather dirty. Our room had large windows into the stairwell and it was quite noisy at times, especially early in the morning. 9:30am check-out.

The hostel is simple, but has all the requirements for who is going to Machu Picchu: good bed, god shower, and early breakfast. The highlight of Pirwa is its team, people always interested in helping guests to have the best experience.

Estive hospedada na Cidade de Águas Calientes por uma noite e pude notar que as acomodações são limpas e confortáveis e o atendimento excelente! Boa localização! Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui novamente

Nos recogieron en la estacion (aunque nos dimos cuenta por un cartelito con mi nombre, por que no nos avisaron)

-Demasiado cutre para el precio que tiene (aunque todo en Aguascalientes es abusivo) -Desayuno pesimo.

Estuvimos una sola noche en este Hotel. La experiencia fue acorde a lo esperado. Nos guardaron las mochilas mientras íbamos a Machupichu lo que fue muy práctico.

El desayuno es muy pobre y poco variado. Pese a que el desayuno estaba disponible desde las 4 am, sólo a las 4:45 am llega el pan. Nosotras que teníamos que salir a las 5 am del hotel no alcanzamos a comer.

Es de los hospedajes más económicos dentro de lo caro que es todo en Aguas Calientes

Bom atendimento.

Localização não privilegiada, um pouco afastado do centro. Café da manhã simples e o banheiro não tem box (cortina) ficando todo molhado após o banho. Internet muito lenta, praticamente sem funcionar e muito barulho em todo o hotel, totalmente sem isolamento de som. Custo elevado pelo que oferece.

Personnel agréable, lit confortable.

Pas de serviettes de toilette. Pas de wifi au 5ème et 6ème étage. Le matin nous nous sommes levés a 5h pourvle petit déjeuner.Une seule personne s'occupe du check-out et du petit déjeuner donc, nous n'avons pas eu de table débarassée, pplus de jus d'orange, plus de pain....juste un thé et une banane!

Reasonably priced for location. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast was 4.30 to 8am to cater for early risers. Not what we wanted as we stayed to relax after the Inca Trail. Not much left when we went for breakfast.

スタッフのナーラが、マチュピチュまでの行き方など、色々と親身になって対応してくれました。部屋も清潔感- があって気持ちよく過ごせました。 マチュピチュ観光客の為に、朝食を４時半～にしてある所が良かったです。

ペルーレールの駅から徒歩１０分ちょっとかかり、かなり坂の上で場所が分かりにくかったです。

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from train station and from bus to Machu Picchu. Clean, well-appointed rooms and helpful staff.
