The first day we arrived, we kind of questioned whether this was a good pick. The rooms are old and dark, and it's located outside of the main area, in a poorer part of town. When we met the lady who runs the place, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. She goes out of her way to help you out. We wanted to do yoga, but didn't speak Spanish, so she walked with us to the studio, and translated what we wanted. She also walked us to the main square to meet a tour guide and they stored our bags when we went on a hike for several days. It was also very nice hearing about how she grew up. She makes the place!
A mirror outside of the bathroom would be nice, cause it's gets really steamed up after a shower, and the bathrooms are tiny, so hard for two people to get ready at the same time. Also, the hooks in one of the rooms (for coats) was broken, so that should also be fixed, soap should be provided for washing hands and wifi wasn't good in one of the rooms, but still usable if you wander closer to the office.
