Friendly helpful staff. good breakfast when available
breakfast did not start early enough for people leaving on outings eg train to Machu Picchu.
Excellent location staff and service.
Needs ceiling fan. Hot.
It was modern and made us feel right at home while being in a country we've never been in. The staff was so polite. At times, one of the younger men at the front desk was not as polite, but everyone else being so amazing made me forget.
I wish we could have had access to food a little after 10. When on vacation, most people are up at night wanting to eat and snack and the hotel was so nice that we wanted to stay in. No other places are open in the plaza late either so if you're hungry you're out of luck.
Location and cleanliness of room
Staff were slow to respond to requests and wifi was very poor in general
Right on Plaza de Armas, you can't beat the location. Comfortable king-sized bed. Very nice walk-in shower
Staff were not unfriendly, but not particularly invested either. Breakfast supposedly starts at 6:00, but when we got there, it was only half ready. WiFi signal doesn't reach room 407, which sucked
What's not to like? Staff, room, location, buffet breakfast - all was excellent!
There was some construction next door but it really didn't affect us.
Very comfy bed and great sleep on my return visit; not so noisy early in the week. Staff very helpful, particularly reception.
Location and room (big and confortable bed and good shower)
The breakfast could have more options
We loved our room with the double doors to the street. There was an excavation of old Inca stonework directly under our window, which was perfect for my stone mason husband. Breakfast was great. Hotel was in perfect location to explore. Afternoon Pisco Sour over the Plaza provided a perfect people-watching location for people-watching. We were very happy!
Great location on the central plaza so close to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.
As it is in a central location it it very noisy, particularly at night. Nightclub nearby had music till 3 am, people in the streets etc: this is the only fault. Happy to give up sleep for the great location.
there was a problem with our breakfast which we thought w as included so we missed two but on investication carlos agreed that we were entiteled to it and reinstated it . he also gave us a free spa as we thought this hotel had a swimming pool as it does say that it it has an indoor pool but this turns out to be a jaccuzi. staff fantastic
bit dark and gloomy very bad lighting in room do not think you will be able to put on make up or pluck your eye browse!!!!
This was our second stay. Coming back from Macchu Pichu after a long day we very much appreciated coming into a wonderful room already equipped with our luggage which we had been happy to leave at the hotel. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definteyl recommendable!
Nothing. Evberything perfect.
The location is perfect. Breakfast is delicious and staff very kind. We got a free upgrade and the room was very nice. Thank you.
Small roof windows only
Accommodation is right on the main place. Nearly everything in walking distance. Room was very clean. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.
Sometimes a little bit noisy inside and outside of the Hotel. But with so many people everywhere, noise can not be avoided. Otherwise everything was perfect.
staff are nice and helpful
THE BALCONY after breakfast is a top location to view the plaza.
rooms should have bar refrigerator in all rooms 2 small bottles of water some days only 1 is not enough fluids in the room for the altitude. Breakfast whilst good seemed lacking in that all items consumed were not replenished unless asked.
Location Friendly & helpful staff decent free WiFi speed complimentary water additional heating available
the great location comes with the noise of the square and of the central streets. The double glazing however does an ok job
Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is big and comfortable. They got a small balcony outside the room towards the street. I enjoy my stay here very much :)
Not really just a bit noisy but it's fine for me ;)
Location great. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Quiet room with a side view onto the square. Helpful staff.
Showers are excellent, the best I've had during my Bolivia/Peru trip; right in front Plaza de Armas.
Very contemporary hotel. Room decor looks like you're in any major metropolitan area. These amenities are very welcome after visiting Machu Picchu .
Didn't realize a guest needs to formally check out before departing. They only take American Express or Master Card.
Location, helpful reception staff, large, comfortable bed.
location and special attention from the official Fredi
we had some unpleasant problems with the scheduling of taxis and transfers
Right in front of plaza de armas, nice view, great room. We had to leave early and could'nt eat breakfast but they prepared us a lunchobox
