The staff were very kind when we arrived and throughout the stay. It was a good location to avoid too much noise from traffic passing the hotel.

The pillows were like sleeping on rocks, I think they were actually old couch cushions. We couldn't sleep because there was a random dog barking all night along with cats fighting outside. The bathroom also had hair everywhere, and didn't look like it had been cleaned.

The Pousada de Santa Maria is a very nice place with very nice rooms all very clean the staff is very qualified, we traveled by train to Huancayo and picked up at the station to move to the hotel, coca tea revived us, the dawn listening the song of the birds was a very good experience, not a noisy hotel.

Me agradó mucho el trato, la limpieza y los servicios. Me sentí como en casa, todo muy limpio y confortable, cuando retorne a Huancayo volveré a alojarme allí.

Me hubiera agradado que ofrecieran servicio de desayuno o que implementen una mini cafetería, con eso estaría completo!!!!

La habitación es muy amplia, luminosa y cómoda. La posada tiene un bonito jardin, es càlida y esta muy bien atendida. La ubicación es muy buena.

El agua de la ducha no estaba muy caliente, el sistema es electrico por lo que si viajas en invierno puedes tener inconvenientes.

La atención de todo el equipo de trabajo,el lugar es acogedor,y sobre todo La Posada de Sta. Maria un lugar para descansar muy agradable. Huancayo es muy hermoso, lo recomiendo visitarlo, y tomar sus Tours que son variados.Paisajes y valles muy bellos, etc

El espacio es familiar, sencillo, sin pretenciones, con una decoración que combina lo precario, a medio construir, adornos locales, algo kitch y unos gatitos muy lindos tipo siames.

Que cambien todas las almohadas. Durisimas.

Nos recogieron en la estacion del tren despues de un viaje maravilloso me parecio un lugar bueno tranquilo y esta cerca de las tiendas comerciales la gente que trabaja es muy atenta nos agrado el lugar

Les chambres sont mal isolées donc bruyantes et la salle de bain miniscule (chambre 101). Les pris affichés en soles étaient 8 dollars plus bas que ceux facturés par E-booking.

Me ha gustado el trato personalizado que se da, la calidez de la gente que trabaja ahi y el ambiente que tiene el hospedaje,el cual es acogedor.

No me gusto el servicio de agua caliente en la ducha, pero seguro lo van a corregir.

Es un hotel muy acogedor todo muy limpio , la atencion de los dueños es la mejor, esta en el centro de la ciudad es una casa muy bonita con un jardin agradable

Las personas fueron muy amables en atendernos, nosotros viajamos en el tren a Huancayo y la posada esta muy cerca de la estación y a la vez de la plaza de armas. Es un ambiente pequeño, cómodo y limpio.

Sa situation, sa déco et le fait que quelqu'un vienne vous chercher à la gare après 12 heures de chevauchée fantastique avec le 2ième train le plus haut du monde, ça c'est une très bonne surprise.

Les nuit sont fraîches et il manque de couverture ou autre... Un petit déjeuner sur place serait un petit plus pour tout le monde

La limpieza, ubicación y amabilidad en la atención.

My room was lovely, spacious (double-room for single use), large and comfy bed. The hotel was pleasant and had a nice courtyard to lounge around, also outside seating area on the first floor, where the wifi was best.

The shower was not great, hot water was sporadic and the flow of the water too. It would stop randomly when you were in the middle of the shower and had to wait for the water flow to come back. Mostly the main issue was the noise at night, not due directly to the hotel and its staff, but to its guests/choice of guests. There were students staying in the room opposite who were out until 2am. The noise they made as they came back was unbelievable. The whole hotel was awake. I had to get up twice to ask them to be quiet. Very unpleasant.The second night was also quite loud with large families in rooms. The hotel needs to think about the type of clientele they welcome. This spoilt my stay here.

El baño, su olor a desinfectante, la ducha electrica con los cables a la vista. Las sábanas viejas, demasiado chicas y con un plástico que te hacía resbalar .... Mal insonorizado, una puerta que se abre a lo lejos y que parece la tuya.
