Fantastic location, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, and accomodating staff.

Traffic noise from the road outside could get a bit annoying at night.

Location was convenient, staff were very helpful, second room I had was very pleasant and relatively quiet

Initially put in a room on first floor on street side. There was no blocking the noise, which happened to be a music act that started under my window about 8pm and was still going strong at 11pm - hotel changed me to a room off the street instantly I asked and didn't make a fuss about it. I was very grateful

Great room and very helpful with planning our activities. Breakfast was delicious and a big variety of food. Bed was super comfortable and jacuzzi tub was a real treat

Very poor english language skills when it comes to staff, however if You're going to Peru , You should know a bit of Spanish

The location was excellent. The wifi was the fastest I've had so far in South America and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The room didn't have a safety deposit box. The windows are quite thin therefore it can get a bi cold and noisy.

The staff were amazing and so was the security. Also great breakfast.

The water in the bath smelt quite bad, like sulphur but aside that, no complaints at all.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, comfortable clean rooms. Good value. Owners and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Oxygen available at the front desk for those folks suffering from altitude sickness.

Street noise could be an issue for light sleepers. Be sure and request a quiet room. I think weekends are worse than weekdays.

It's a one of the pretty decent hotels in Puno. Location is great, 2 blocks from main square. Staffs are very helpful.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, good service and kind staff, all one needs for a relatively low price. It offered the same level of service and comfort as nearby Royal Inn that cost more than double. It was a small heaven in the unapealing town of Puno which I would rather avoid. I would stay again in this hotel.

The location is really excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast!

It's a shame because this isn't a criticism of thehotel as such but I had trouble sleeping at night due to the Puno drivers who loved honking their horns at every opportunity throughout the night. Maybe the hotel could invest in better sound proofing for certain rooms?

The location was off the main plaza and shopping/restaurant street and the cost was reasonable. Good staff and good breakfast.

we only had a window in the bathroom and missed the openess of the room. we should have asked to chg rooms but did not.

Friendly helpful staff and a free pick up service from the bus station (we'd travelled down from Cusco). Good central location, just by the main square and minutes from local restaurants.

Our room had an external window and there was a lot of street noise. And whoever was cook for breakfast knew neither how to cook omelette or scrambled eggs - quite remarkable!

The hotel is very elegant and the staff is very polite and helpfull. We forgot our photo camera in the lobby when we left but we had it back in 15 min by calling at the reception. They have a good breakfast including eggs (cooked upon your whish) and fresh orange juice. They have jacuzzi in the junior suite and it works well. The hotel is close to the Plaza de Armas.

Great staff

The hotel was freezing and our room in particular was ice cold and the bed was damp. We paid extra for the suite which was a bad idea as it was on a street corner with unsealed windows so it was not only freezing but unbelievably noisy. There was an electric heater in the room which screeched all the time if turned on. The breakfast was not very good either.

A triple room consisted of 2 double beds and a single bed. We were surprised to have the 2 larger beds. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas.

The streets are a little loud outside of the window after about 6am, but that is to be expected when staying at a hotel located in the middle of the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I (25) traveled with my mother (54) and we were both very comfortable. It was a beautiful hotel with service from a neighboring restaurant. Which was reasonably priced and convenient if you don't feel like searching in the city (there was a worker's strike going on while we were there). We were warm in the room, had good hot water, and good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was a true buffet with bread, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, and selections of meats.

It was comfortable, clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the price was right. Each floor had a nice lounge with hot water and a selection of teas, as well as coca leaves. The interior of the hotel is open and airy-- very nice.

The heater in our room didn't work and so we had to use a space heater, but it did get and keep the room warm.
