Mala ubicación, muy alejado del centro y en una población. Llegada de noche muy peligrosa. Pieza húmeda y oscura, ducha poca presión. Desayuno pobre, no era buffet como publicitan. Pan mantequilla y té. No tenían pago con tarjeta de crédito.

O quarto era bastante confortável e limpo e a equipe é atenciosa. Apesar de ser necessária uma caminhada até o centro esta se faz em uma rua plana. Em frente ao hotel se tomam vans para Pisac. O hotel conta com local seguro para deixar as malas se necessário.

La predisposicion del personal. El dueño del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar en lo que uno necesite. Tienen una persona encagada del turismo que arma el tour que uno quiera, informa sobre todo y sabe todo.Es super conveniente, salvo que cobra 30usd mas cada tour, en comparacion con las demas empresas de turismo. Eso parece una estafa. Desayuno escaso. Cama poco confortable, tiene un plastico que recubre el colchon muy molesto que hace ruido, calienta, y hace que se salgan las sabanas todo el tiempo. No es bueno que que la sra. Encargada de organizar las visitas guiadas cobre tanto x sus comisiones... Es demasiado, pero es muy organizada, arma las visitas al momento que uno llega y por ende no sabe ni que visitas hay para hacer ni cuanto cuestan, de esto se vale para enredar un poco al turista.
