I had one night in Lima before flying to Cusco and so wanted somewhere I could relax and be close to the airport. The location of the hotel is really close to the airport so it was perfect. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and the hotel has a bar, restaurant and sauna. Sadly I didn't have enough time to utilise them but they seemed nice. The staff is what made my stay so great though. They were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. The manager, Naomi, even came back to the hotel from home to help me find a restaurant that my fiends were at. They really tried to go above and beyond helping you have a pleasant stay and that was really appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was very good also and the staff member serving it was again very kind and helpful. A great place to stay
Service to pick me up from airport was excellent as was meal in hotel. Food and drinks were excellent value for money.
I only stayed one night to be convenient for airport, not sure I would have wanted to walk far in the immediate area so would have needed taxis if I hadn´t been happy to eat in the hotel.
Our flight to Lima was delayed but the last picking us up was still waiting there for us with a smile to take us to the hotel at 1am. Checkin staff were really nice, room was clean and basic.
Pack of dogs barking outside window.
Staff spoke English and was friendly. Bathroom was good and clean. Location nearer the airport for a midnight flight.
Room was small. No night stand and table bed light. No elevator and restaurant was on the 5th floor. Transportation to airport (10 minutes) over priced at $11. (Paid $6.50 for a 20 minute taxi ride in Central Lima). Room cost of $68 was more then the $57 we paid for an ornate, luxury hotel with elevators 1 block from Plaza Mayor and tourist attractions in Central Lima.
clean and fairly close to the airport
I was met at airport by very friendly manager.speaking good English Homely comfortable clean room. Great TV channels and Wifi. Fabulous small top flloor inexpensive bar and restaurant with an excellebt cook, especially fish dish. Best potatoes. Very helpful happy staff. Would love to have found this hotel in all my airport locations.. Certainly recommend
Busy main road but once inside very quiet and not aware of street traffic
Staff helped us with a difficult situation with a taxi driver. Naomi reassured us and put us at ease. Bathroom looked amazing with a Jacuzzi type bath, shower was hot too.
Taxi driver found it hard to find this hotel despite clear instructions from the hotel both by email and over the phone. There was no time to enjoy the facilities as we had an early start in the morning and missed breakfast. Gritty bedroom floor.
The staff have a huge heart and I was looked after :-)
Close to airport
Wi if front deck
Met at the airport and free transport back to the hotel, most welcome after a long flight. Had a call and early start, hotel arranged for for a car back to the airport which we had to pay for all. All as described. A simple hotel but comfortable at an excellent price.
Hotel in a main street, it was also a little cold when we arrived but we slept well. Large bathroom.
Team very helpful
Location, acomodations, neighborhood , shower, bed
This is a special place run by a very special woman, Naomi, who met us at the airport and looked after us so well. Only one block away there is a supermarket, laundromat, money changers etc. And there is a direct bus route across the street straight in to the central Plaza. It is more a destination in its own right than just a stopover. Within the hotel there is a sauna, great bar and resturant, even a smoking balcony. All up a really good place.
Nothing - no niggles at all.
Excellent! Friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. Recently opened restaurant on site was excellent and reasonable. Will stay there again!
Is not an hotel. I arrived almost 23h to rest until my fligth to Brazil in the morning, but I have to leave the hotel at 01h A.M. I couldn't sleep cause a "very suspect" party was happening inside the hotel all night with very loud music, screaming and huge knocking in rooms doors. I try to call the reception several times, but no one answer. So I decide to go to the reception to find some reason for this mess. No one in the reception and the doors closed and locked. So I started to call for someone and Noemi, who welcome me don't have answer for that "party". I see in that moment and in Noemi's face that Royal Inca isn't a hotel. So I go to the airport to wait almost 12 hours for my flight to Brazil, cause there is a more safety place to wait, without strange situations
The staff neomi, very friendly. The location of the hotel is quite close to the airport. We just stay for a flight in early morning. Taxi can be booked through the hotel staff
The staff are extremely helpful! The location is perfect for quick stopovers in Lima or catching an early flight.
The room was dirty and need a good cleaning
Airport pickup is a huge benefit when you land in Lima. Great service for the price.
Bathroom was a bit lacking. Weird bleached lighting from single bulb. Bed was really hard. For the price, what else would you expect.
Location near airport was good.
Night staff did not speak English. Shower head was poor. Access to shower was poor and dangerous. Room was too small for all of the furniture in it. No elevator but staff helped with luggage. No electrical outlets for charging devices.
Nice people pickup to the airport at midnight best quality price
- Free pickup service from airport in the middle of the night. - Close to the airport - Staff's help to get back to the airport - they even helped me to catch a taxi on the street which is way cheaper than their transfer service.
Nothing - perfect and safe place for an overnight in Lima close to the airport.
Naomi and all were very kind and helpful to me.
wi fi didn't work.
The pick up service is not really secure and the price in general is to high! The environment of the hotel is dangerous and even loud
Naomi picked us up (complimentary transfer) from the airport and ensured our safe arrival. She also arranged a taxi service for us to return to airport at 3 am in the morning and she stayed up for us to make sure everything was Ok. She was so helpful and warm. She also helped us locate the western union money changer which is just a block away. There is a huge shopping mall across the road from there. The area is Ok if you walk in daylight, there are lots of car workshops on this main thoroughfare, also a very convenient location to the airport.
Nothing. Great place if you need an overnight in Lima for airport.
close to Airport, clean comfortable room, friendly staff!
extremely noisy,on flight path and on road having major 24hr renovations!!--the workers all staying in the Hotel and all their machinery parked next door--non stop noise! they organised a very expensive taxi to airport!
The location looks a dangerous area. The rooms are very small. They opens the breakfast service too late. If you sleep in this hotel for take a early flight at next day you lose the breakfast.
