Despues de esperar por 4 horas, noas enviaron a los 6 FAmiliARES a otro Hotel de su cadena por no tener cuarto, segun reservacion

Su infraestructura muy linda que resalta con la excelente atención de su personal felicitaciones, nos hicieron pasar unos días muy agradables Me toco vivir el simulacro de evacuación y en realidad falta mucho respecto al liderazgo requerido para este tipo de situaciones, falta un plan integral de evacuación que determine la función de cada uno del personal que ahí trabaja, por el bien y la seguridad de sus pasajeros

It was nice to be in a central location and walking distance to many sites in miraflores, but it was a WALK. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a safe in our room. It was a nice room for the price. The rooms on the street are noisy, we were able to request a room off of the busy street but it was smaller and the bathroom window opened to a hallway and it smelled very moldy and musty. Some of the staff were very accommodating while others were a little rude. We were not told at check-in that breakfast was included and served in the restaurant and missed it on our first morning.

Centrally located to beach and shopping. Good buffet breakfast. Small rooms. While adequate, I would prefer a bit more space in which to put my bags and walk around.
