The staff was very friendly and accommodated the guests very well. The wifi always worked! Laundry service was great! 2 computers to use at all times in case 1 didn't work. They picked us up from airport for free. The breakfast included in the room rate was great. Hot packs were wonderful at night. Overall, excellent hotel!

Sometimes it got noisy in our room not from the staff but from the guests speaking too loud early in the mornings. The hotel should provide an alarm clock and 2 bottles of water everyday for the guests.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was a perfect balance of comfort and traditional charm. The hot water bottles and little chocolates on our pillows the first evening was a lovely touch!

The only very minor comment I have is that it would have been handy if there had been a supply of bottled water for guests.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who couldn't do enough to help us. Its location is ideal and is set back from the road which prevents the hustle and bustle of the city reaching the rooms. It has a nice style and the rooms are a good size.

Good value for the money. Very attentive and helpful staff. Appreciate the eco-friendliness. They brought hot water bottles for our sore feet at night. They recommended a very good restaurant.

Some bottled water for drinking in the room would have been nice, but otherwise, no complaints whatsoever.

heel verzorgd hotel ;kleine ontbijtzaal maar wel verzorgd ontbijt met goede bediening. heel nette kamer. gratis internet =+punt.

ja helaas,mijn kamer keek uit op een blinde muur, ook op het terras die beloofde een uitzicht op cusco;was voor mij een zicht op daken. daar was nooit iemand aanwezig/ 2;op dag van excursie machu picchu vroeg ik een klein pakket als ontbijt. kon enkel geleverd worden mits bijbetaling;door het vroege vertrek verloor ik het ontbijt,en kreeg ik van receptioniste michelle te horen dat ik een luch kreeg in aqua calientes(wat ik uiteindelijk had bijbetaald) 3;op een avond vroeg ik om een flesje water te kopen,er was geen water beschikbaar,waarbij ik nog naar de winkel moest lopen achter een fles water,wat toch een noodzaak is omdat kraanwater niet drinkbaar was. dit betreur ik wel; dit zijn kleine maar voor mij belangrijke punten.

Su diseño , limpieza, ubicación y muy buena relación precio calidad. Ademas hay muchos detalles de buen gusto, cuidado y atención al pasajero que lo hacen sentir muy bien. Felicitaciones.

En al 2º vuelta al hotel, se esmeraron en la atención.

La habitación que nos tocó fue otra. Muy ruidosa y con 2 camas matrimoniales, lo que hacía que nos quedara poco lugar para movernos.

El servicio del hotel es malo. No cumplen con los servicios. Se olvidan de despertar, de recoger en el aeropuerto. El lavado y planchado es malo. Fue el ùnico hotel en cobrarnos en forma anticipada con la reserva de booking, llamandonos por teléfono, pidiendo los datos de nuestras tarjetas. No lo volvería a elegir
