A blend of traditional architecture and contemporary interiors, this boutique hotel is framed by charming flowered grounds and an Andes Mountain backdrop. It is a 90-minute drive from downtown Cuzco.

Excellent location Great staff Comfy bed
Nothing really, although water could have been warmer
Location Staff Comfort
The location just across from the ruins was excellent The staff were helpful and informative A good option for us.
Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were fair for the price and location. Free breakfast was a plus.
Be careful of leaving doors or Windows open in mosquito season. Rooms by the stream might be a little noisy due to the water constantly streaming.
The staff were very helpful - all spoke English and were very accommodating.
Rooms were a little dated.
View of the ruins, close to the ruins and the main square, and only a short walk to the train station, our balcony overlooked the river, location was excellant, staff was friendly and helpful. We had an early train and left before breakfast, so the front desk made us a bag lunch to take with us.
faucet in the bathroom leaked.
Location was good, rooms on the river side have a view of the sun temple and the river, at the time had some garbage stuck on the rocks. The room or rather the sleeping area is clean and the bed is fine, the lighting needs updating and cleaning.
The bathroom was in need of some work. Very bright exposed light bulb for the bath and the ceiling was molding and paint peeling. Also there was an odor in the bathroom that a little cleaning could have resolved. With the train schedules the breakfast should have been ready for early travelers.
Good location close to sights. Nice staff prepared boxed breakfast when we said we were leaving early.
hotel on busy street so quite noisy and room doors do not offer any soundproofing from others in the hallway.
It is 200 steps to the gates of Ollantaytambo ruins 5 steps from Hearts cafe 100 steps to the main square Great made to order from four choices breakfast
Poor WiFi in outer portion of hotel. Have to sit in area around check in. View of ruins slightly obscured by other establishments. Not many good dinner dining options nearby
Charming ambiance! WONDERFUL SHOWER!!! COMFY BED/PILLOWS, candle added romantic touch! Nice size room (was a suite) Felt very safe/secure and private. Tiny terrace with French doors open to view of river and Inca ruins. Friendly staff. Restaurants right across the street were great; Hart café had killer hot cocoa and alpaca burger; Puka Rumi had WONDERFUL quinoa chicken soup, grilled chicken sandwich and quacamole!
Tricky access from street. Needed some painting/repair of bathroom ceiling; moisture damage (?) TIP; take a night light for bathroom; (there is a step up from bedroom level), typical in most places we stayed in Peru
All staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the Hotel organize taxis, tours in the local area, the train trip to Machu Picchu and the booking for entry to Machu Picchu. All this was done in advance without any fuss and for only a small service charge which was well worth paying.
Best location for Oalltaytanbo
Prefect Location! Nice Staff. very helpful! Great view: (Ollantaytambo ruins & River)
Good helpful staff. Great location.
Some issues here with upkeep of the facilities. Bedside light didn't work, floor boards rotting apart and dangerous to walk on, smelled like insecticide. Bed very hard. Faucet would not shut off properly.
This hotel is beautiful. I was excited to have a room on the river for the sound. Rooms were big and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful.
Room didn't have TV and wifi was basically unusable. We had this river view but the street traffic was busy the entire night so I was constantly woken up by huge trucks and cars passing over the bridge.
This hotel is right behind the Ollantaytambo Ruins. nice view of the ruins from Hotel and about 4-5 mins walk to the ruins. Had our boxed breakfast ready at 6:00 a.m before we left for the MachuPicchu
Loved the location. And the room was big.
It was hard to sleep because you could hear the people upstairs through the wood floors. The water was cold at night but hot again in the morning, so take your showers in the morning. Do NOT go to the restaurant on the corner across from the hotel - the service is non-existent - we had to put the money on the table and leave.
Wonderful views of the historical site
Would be useful to have better connections for wi fi for visitors .
The view from the rooms balcony of the ruins was phenominal. Had a drink with friends and just reveled in the magnitude.
The wi-fi was terrible.
Spacious Great View Beautiful Accommodations
the views from the room were amazing -if you pay the extra for an exterior room, though. However, it's worth the extra money. Staff was kind and friendly.
Very dated facilities. Towels, furniture... Desperately needs a fresh paint all over the place. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Stick dust in the corners. No TV. Period. The bathroom window opens to the hall of the hotel, so is pretty unuseful. More a nice backpackers hostel than a three stars hotel -according to european/US standards-. WI-FI did not work inside the room. Just
Location was perfect. Great view of the ruins. Friendly staff.
Bathroom was literaly held together with masking tape. No TV in the room. Bed was not the most comfortable.
Hi, I had a confirmed booking and when I got there I was told there was not a room for me. We had to stay in another location. The staff told me that they had emailed a letter stating they did not have availability. I check my email every day- so I think they just messed up. Can not comment on the other features as i did not experience them.
The staff were great and upgraded us to a room with a view of the ruins.
The wi-fi stopped working for several hours
