The food in the restaurant. Breakfast was fabulous, meals could use a much better chef.
Good welcome, excellent staff, very good breakfast, room confortable, 100% recommanded. Facilities of the hotel excellent. Very good hotel, well done !!
The staff very helpful the place is bigger than it looks in the pictures rooms are nice an price is fair overall satisfied with everything close to markets an centre of city would definitely stay here again
The breakfast was OK
problems with the rooms, noisy, no ventilation, wifi never working, Bad costumer service, Bad location
Staff is really nice at the restaurant . Marianella was really nice
They charge the room a week before we arrived. We got a room without window the first night we stay. It is a little bit cold and really noisy during the night and early morning
the room sizes were great in the executive rooms on the sixth floor . Well worth the upgrade. The breakfast was also excellent .
The dining other than breakfast was just above average.
The rooms were nice - what you would expect for a hotel in this category. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had very tasty food and waiting staff very attentive and friendly.
Even though the rooms were nice and clean, I would say that the room rate was slightly too much for what it was.
Excellent facilities and restaurant. Right across the street from PeruRail station for Andean Explorer to Puno.
Staff is the best of any hotel I have been
Room was warm and without A/C. Leaving window open not an option since it is on a busy intersection (and local custom is to honk when crossing!)
I liked this hotel, it was clean and comfortable.
As already said "I liked this hotel" Be aware that if you have a problem with walking then it is about 1/2 mile walk on inclind road, which is not normally a problem for me, but with the effects of hypoxia, be sure to take frequent rests and sit on benches on your way to town center.
After bad 3 star hotel in Cuzco, we enjoyed the service of the hotel
Breakfast Receptionists were good Big room
needed an extractor fan in the bathroom
Delicious Breakfast spread the proximity to the crafts market which is located opposite the street
friendly and helpfull staff, very good breakfast, very good location
Very spacious rooms with fabulous views (we asked for a corner room overlooking the park). For our honeymoon they sent us a tray of sweets to our room which was fantastic, and a thoughtful letter to say congratulations. The coca tea on arrival was appreciated. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our Machu Picchu tickets.
Being charged corkage when we asked to borrow a cork screw to open our bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon.
The Hotel is situated on the main road leading to the Plaza de armas and close to the train station what is a good location for getting around. Supermarket nearby. Good standard for a ****hotel. Perfect hot shower after a 5day trip along the Salkantay trek. The Breakfast was very good; but as it was quite expensive we didn't try the restaurant in the evening.
Quite unfriendly staff in the reception. Charged lots of extra fees and taxes on the final bill they couldn't explain..
Clean, modern facilities well maintained with many amenities. Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent breakfast. Very nice rooms with high quality sheets and soft beds.
Only stayed there one night. I wish we had stayed here our entire time in the city.
Everything: staff, spacious room, bathroom, bed, dinner, breakfast
Breakfast starts in the early morning.
Air condition did not work and was really loud. The internet connection was bad.
Being out of town meant it was quieter and you got a good view of Cusco. We were given a suite which was a real treat and only sorry we weren't there for longer than one night to enjoy it. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Only having one night there!
Rooms are nice
We booked 3 nights here for our travels in Peru. And wanted to add a 4th but was told by this disgruntled guy at reception they had no rooms left - I had to go online to book the room for a 4th night which showed they had 14 rooms available. This really annoyed me as I was waiting to go on a jungle trek. I should have taken the guys name to add to this.
Excellent staff. Rooms are really big and very clean. Breakfast is really perfect. Hotel is 20 mins taxi ride to airport and 10 mins walk to main square.
2 minutes to handicrafts market. Comfortable king size bed Grand breakfast. Accommodating staff
Felt like a small room, boring Hotel design. Problems with the bills at checkout with extra charges, the other checking out at the same time were having the same issue.
