After bad 3 star hotel in Cuzco, we enjoyed the service of the hotel
Breakfast Receptionists were good Big room
needed an extractor fan in the bathroom
Delicious Breakfast spread the proximity to the crafts market which is located opposite the street
friendly and helpfull staff, very good breakfast, very good location
Very spacious rooms with fabulous views (we asked for a corner room overlooking the park). For our honeymoon they sent us a tray of sweets to our room which was fantastic, and a thoughtful letter to say congratulations. The coca tea on arrival was appreciated. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our Machu Picchu tickets.
Being charged corkage when we asked to borrow a cork screw to open our bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon.
The Hotel is situated on the main road leading to the Plaza de armas and close to the train station what is a good location for getting around. Supermarket nearby. Good standard for a ****hotel. Perfect hot shower after a 5day trip along the Salkantay trek. The Breakfast was very good; but as it was quite expensive we didn't try the restaurant in the evening.
Quite unfriendly staff in the reception. Charged lots of extra fees and taxes on the final bill they couldn't explain..
Clean, modern facilities well maintained with many amenities. Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent breakfast. Very nice rooms with high quality sheets and soft beds.
Only stayed there one night. I wish we had stayed here our entire time in the city.
Everything: staff, spacious room, bathroom, bed, dinner, breakfast
Breakfast starts in the early morning.
Air condition did not work and was really loud. The internet connection was bad.
Being out of town meant it was quieter and you got a good view of Cusco. We were given a suite which was a real treat and only sorry we weren't there for longer than one night to enjoy it. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Only having one night there!
Rooms are nice
We booked 3 nights here for our travels in Peru. And wanted to add a 4th but was told by this disgruntled guy at reception they had no rooms left - I had to go online to book the room for a 4th night which showed they had 14 rooms available. This really annoyed me as I was waiting to go on a jungle trek. I should have taken the guys name to add to this.
Excellent staff. Rooms are really big and very clean. Breakfast is really perfect. Hotel is 20 mins taxi ride to airport and 10 mins walk to main square.
2 minutes to handicrafts market. Comfortable king size bed Grand breakfast. Accommodating staff
Felt like a small room, boring Hotel design. Problems with the bills at checkout with extra charges, the other checking out at the same time were having the same issue.
The hotel was very close like less than 10min drive to the airport.
I reserved 2 rooms and requested to pay for both on checkout as we were a group of friends staying in separate rooms. When I arrived at the desk in the morning I found I'd already been billed on the card that they insisted was just to guarantee the room. I was then told there was nothing they could do.
Very friendly staff. English speaking, top quality service. Great restaurant, quality food served, very satisfied.
The bath didn't have any exhaust fan. The lights in the room were a bit low.
The bed was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful.
Wonderful breakfast. Can order omlets etc. Kind hospitality of staffs. Locates just in the front of Handcraft Market.
Some rooms are so cold, and other rooms are too hot. (I don't know the reason why). And single room doesn't have air-conditioner. Walkable to the center of City, but a bit hard to walk up because of high mountain sickness. Wifi works but is poor in busy hours.
Personal service, I had help to do some phonecalls to Cusco municipality. Engaged personell that made all necessary support you could wish. High standard of facilities. Help with arranging taxis at no rip-off pricing.
Partly poor WiFI Connection at the room.
Clean, updated hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast was nice. Located next to shopping mall, shops.
staff very kind good location, 5 block from main square good quality of breadfast
Personel, breakfast, close to the city center (Plaza de Armas)
Cold at night (hopefully, after asking, they brought us a heater, it was not enough!)
The staff were excellent and hotel was well appointed. The breakfast is varied and plentiful and the room service is probably the best we have ever had.
Nothing really. The hotel is maybe a ten min walk from the main square but walking in Cusco is no hardship.
Clean and modern hotel, with an excellent breakfast buffet
Located right outside the historic center, but occasionally just a tiny bit too far.
