Very nice and clean room. Wireless internet worked very well. Beautiful location on the shores of the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful in general. I appreciated the luggage storage.

I would not book their Lake Titicaca tours. They cost more than double what others pay, and you are just pooled with everyone else that pays much less. Also, they were not very helpful in trying to book bus tickets.

no other facilities nearby, so no place to buy snacks, meals etc unless you take a taxi back to town.

Polite, helpful staff location was superb food was superior ease of making reservation and changes to it the llamas and cuy outside of town but an easy walk into town

The location was great with a nice view of the lake. Hotel staff is helpful in general. We were to arrive at 4:30 am. The hotel staff was kind enough to let us check in early with no extra cost. Obviously, the breakfast on the day of early check in was not included.

1. After staying I definitely feel the hotel was over priced. 2. Food at the restaurant was mediocre. 3. We arrived early for breakfast around 5:30. Even then all breakfast items were VERY cold. 4. Caution: They have a 10% service charge that is not included. 5. The free Wi-Fi did not work at all while we were there. We had 4 devices, three phones and one iPad. None of these would connect. When we informed the front desk they told us something might be wrong with our devices!!.

Excellent location on Lake Titicaca, rooms overlooking the lake, easy access to the city center. Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Good restaurant. Internet connection in the lobby & restaurant (not in the rooms).

Staff should improve their English. No internet in the rooms. Plumbing has problems.

Pésima relación calidad precio. El restaurante es pésimo y carísimo y por la lejanía del hotel no quedan opciones de comida. Los pasillos son oscuros y lúgubres. Desde las habitaciones se puede escuchar hasta la plática de la habitación de al lado. El agua cuesta 20 soles!!!

Da tranquilidade proporcionada pela localização do hotel. Da qualidade do restaurante do hotel, que é magnífico.

Tolle Lage, aufmerksamer Service. Sehr ruhig. Im Garten liefen Meerschweinchen und Alpakas herum. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nicht allzuviel Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer hätte mehr Steckdosen haben können und die Wanne war nicht riesig. Kann man alles leicht verschmerzen.

La maravillosa vista al Lago Titicaca desde la habitación, la cercanía al mismo lago y poder ver el amanecer del primer día del 2013. Maravilloso!!

El vino por copa estaba muy caro tomando en cuenta las marcas.

Ótimo hotel. Localizado à beira do Lago Titicaca. Recomendo a quem desejar conhecer a cidade de Puno.

A localizacão, quanto ao resto; café da manhã,servicos,etc, muito fraco.

Cáfé da manhã muito fraco, quarto muito feio, o quarto triplo não tem frigobar, coisa que não tinha sido informada, e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar.

O Hotel se encontra de frente para o Lago Titicaca,assim tanto nos quartos como no restaurante pode se apreciar a vista do lago.

O hotel esta precisando de uma reforma no hall de entrada e no restaurante.

A gentileza dos funcionários e a localização às margens do Lago Titicada foram indispensáveis para a estadia ser agradável, afinal, a cidade de Puno não teve nenhum atrativo especial, além do lago.

O café da manhã e o almoço no restaurante não foram muito bons, considerando a alta qualidade da gastronomia do Peru.

Personnel disponible et mulitlingue. Service à la hauteur du prix des chambres. Chambre avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Ordinateurs disponibles avec Skype, pratique pour communiquer à l'étranger. Petit déjeuner de qualité, et choix varié.

Prix des repas du restaurant de l'hôtel. Un peu éloigné de Puno (5 km).

Probleme pour le regelement de la chambre: ils ne voulaient pas appliquer les tarifs de la reservation mais nous y sommes arrivés avec de nombreuses tractations! De plus pas très honnetes pour le change des devises! il faut etre très vigilent

Nos gustó indudablemente, el personal encantador pero algo distraído. Nos dijeron que nos llamarían ante la llegada del taxi, estaba esperando a nosotros y nosotros al taxi ... Argumentaron "no querer molestarnos" Podríamos haber perdido el vuelo. Un error de atención tan solo, pero que ¡podría habernos costado mucho!

La situación frente al Titicaca con el aditivo del viejo vapor amarrado nos pareció ¡magistral! Parece tomado de un paisaje romántico del siglo diecinueve.
