Comfortable place to stay after the Inka trek. Bathrooms were spacious, clean, and very nice. Great views of the Urubamba River. Included dinner and breakfast exceeded expectations!

A little too pricey.

Jorge who meet us at the train station was great. He was very friendly and helpful during the 2 day stay. Excellent hotel, the staff was amazing.

Only a couple of small things. First the bed, not very comfortable for a 5 star hotel. I had a double and the bed was not the best I've had. Second the tv, I know your not there to watch tv, but this one was with the cable was rough. Other than that it's a great hotel with a great staff..

Excellent customer service. Staff met us at train station, walked us to atm, ticket offices to machu picchu and bus station. Another they ran from front desk to buy postcard stamps for us. Also built a fire in lobby fireplace so we could warm ourselves. Wonderful views of raging river and mountains!

Bus traffic, washed out road in front of hotel, lack of screens on sliding doors to balcony so we kept doors closed

Great food, kids loved it Highly recommend arriving at 9:30 am off to machu pichu by 10:30 and back around 5 pm Depart on the 11 am train and off again

Stolen usa movies This is a 5 star hotel and should really buy our USA movies that our liscensed

Decor seemed a little tired and was a bit disappointed that water was not included in the all inclusive dinner.

The staff at the motel are excellent, especially in the resztrraunt, but througjhout the motel. As someone with a long experience of travelling, I would recommend your motel to friends & colleaguses without hesitation. Congratulations.

Everything went from fine to excellent, nothing below fine.

Very nice staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. Food was good but I wished it ws simpler. All in all this the best choice in town.m

Internet wifi was very intermittent for the price we paid for our room this was unacceptable.

The staff was excellent, from the time we arrived and the porter met us at the train station to the time we left. They were very attentive and handled all of the details of our trip to Machu Picchu. It was a nice treat not to have to stand in line waiting for the bus to mp since it stops at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the view of the river was incredible.The hotel is a nice distance from the hustle and bustle of Aguascalientes.

Dinner was good and I was so glad it was included in the price of the stay as the hotel is a bit on the pricey side. That being said, I think they try too hard at dinner. The desserts could be less complicated. On our first night, the Andean muzak was too loud. We were glad they did not play it our second night.

Tratamento diferenciado, com várias gentilezas (coquetéis, chás, bombons,...). Atendentes muito prestativos e atenciosos.

Acho que o preço da diária está um pouco acima do valor correto, mesmo assim, recomendo o hotel, pois tem uma excelente qualidade.

El servicio es excelente, todo el staff es MUY ambale, y están al pendiente de cualquier necesidad del huésped. Muy comodo, una vista hermosa desde los cuartos...enfin..todo my bien...

Creo que para el nivel del hotel, estaría bueno que tuviera alguna alberca en la instalación del mismo.

Esta en el lugar indicado, con un personal excelente, con un restaurante de muy buena calidad, y servicios de primera

La atención del hotel en todo momento ha sido excelente, muy buena la comida y especialmente la cena con una muy buena y variada carta.

La ubicación del hotel en el pueblo de Aguas Calientes es excelente. En medio de las montañas y frente al poderoso rio Urubamba, es el lugar perfecto para alojarse y poder visitar una maravilla como es Machupicchu.
