Location was close to everything, bed was big and comfy, staff were great and helpful, decor wasvery interesting. There was lots to eat at breakfast (fruit, bread, eggs, meats, cereal, juice and more), nice big outdoor common area.
Everything was good.
Breakfast is good Many channels on TV 24h front desk staff They keep lugagge in case of doing inka trail or similar
After 4 days inka trail we came back to the hotel and they "upgrade" us to a Junior Suite room. Intention was good but the room was completely worse. 3th floor no elevator. Jacuzzi instead of shower with less water pressure and not practical for what we needed. Blurry TV channels
Changed room on second night to a quiet room - much more peaceful overlooking courtyard.
Noisy room on the first night.
No Internet in the Rooms
Good shower Comfy beds Good wifi
Noisy! Construction at 7am
The room was really good. Staff helped with everything. Great food in the restaurant.
Wifi in the room is very weak. In the lobby is ok. Location is not perfect. 12 mins walk until plaza de armas.
Breakfast was my favorite with 10 different fruits available. Location and staff were good.
the beds were sooo comfortable location good, short walk to main square breakfast was good staff helpful could make more of the small outside space
first impression was more like a hostal
Check out was too early!! The consequences of having everyone check out at the same time was that the reception area was too busy. Should be staggered.
Everything about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the location was great too. We loved our few days there and wished we could have stayed longer.
The location was very good, close to the historic city center -Plaza de armas-. There was a bit of confusion with our reservation -apparently part of the staff was off on holidays- but they provided an upgrade to my room to solve the issue. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable.
The room's furniture was a little dated, and parts of the bathroom needed a little refurbish, but now we think that is the standard for the hotels in Peru in this price range. Dated, but still feels like a hotel, not a hostel.
The internet is very bad
location and breakfast are good.
shabby rooms, all seem to need need renovation works. Old/chipped furniture, mold in the walls. Not worth the price.
Nice comfy bed. Heater in the room. Good shower. Decent breakfast.
WiFi was very poor.
Impression of Cusco was very well supported by this hotel. No bad impressions.
Nothing. It was all good for us.
Bath Big bed Shower Breakfast
Light in middle of bed
I'd say the location was the best thing, everything else is ok.
Nothing big, but when we checked in the male staff member behind the desk asked us to help the porter with our luggage. We had just come back from a tour of Machu Picchu and had 9 bags in total, it was as if he was too important to help us with our bags. There was also a female staff member behind the desk and it wasn't busy either, so it wasn't as if he couldn't leave the desk unattended or had to attended to other guests checking in. We were super tired and would have really appreciated the extra help.
Clean and good breakfast
Location ok, not a lot of character for Cusco.
Staff were very friendly and the foyer and courtyard areas are nice, relaxing spaces. Good Breakfast too
Clean rooms with good breakfast spread.
The hot water in one of our rooms didn't always work and the wifi connection in our room was poor,
excellent staff and location
Quiet location. Shortish walk to main square.
Quiet room off the main street.
Stay away from a room on the street - could be noisey
Centrally located & quiet area; staff very helpful.
Sometimes hotel ran out of hot water.
Free coca tea, leaves and oxygen in the foyer!! Juan Carlos was sent to pick me up from the airport and kindly took me to book my train to Macchu Piccu. He offers inexpensive full day or half day sightseeing trips which were the highlight of my trip.
