Very excellent staffs with simple B&B (actually, good breakfast). Reasonably priced. BTW, who needs swimming pool or massage for a busy sightseer?
Think about it, I have very little to complain.
The staff was wonderful, great rooms and breakfast. They had oxygen available if needed. I would highly recommend.
rooms were nice, beds very comfortable
as a mature adult, the walk up the hill, that while short, was a bit steep
- the really great location in the center of Cusco; - spacious rooms and beds; - friendly english speaking staff who may help with all the usual staff around the city e.g. booking guide, tour or taxi.
- quite old bathroom equipment, so you have to wait for hot water and it flows out slowly; - the wifi works in perfectly in lobby and was working good in my toilet but not in a room:)
We liked the King size bed and the tranquility of the room
Small room, We had wifi conection dificulties. There was no variety of food in Breakfast
Super comfortable and warm beds. Lots of breakfast options. They held our luggage for two days while we travelled to Cusco - at no additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast. General amenities.
Bathtub in the room, with just a curtain. Too uncomfortable.
Everything, nothing to complaint about it !
Very helpful staff. Helped me with booking taxi and helped my contact wonderperu for payment. They spoke spanish on my behalf. Basically they tried to accede to all my request with grace and with smile. Given an early check in when we arrive early. Absolutely appreciate their help and they really made my stay in cusco memorable and pleasant. The room is very nicely decorated and felt cosy. All the peruvians i met are very helpful and nice. It is really a very nice country to visit. Great spread of buffet breakfast. Price is definitely reasonable. For a 3 star hotel, i feel i am getting more than what i should get.
Location was great, and the staff very friendly.
It's location, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.
Location was excellent. The rooms were fine. Shower was pretty good - water pressure was nice but temperature was a bit tough to regulate. Breakfast was good. Loved having the coca tea available in the reception 24 hours a day!
Nothing was bad. The hot water in the shower got too hot and was tough to regulate, but not a major issue.
Good location and staff was nice
Well located in a nice area of Cuzco near to the main commercial avenue. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed but with overstuffed pillows. Nice breakfast available from 5am to facilitate early getaway to Macchu Picchu. Very helpful staff.
Pillows. Outdoor courtyard seating area looks dry and dusty - could do with a good hosing down of the floor. LACK OF OXYGEN!!! Views from rooms are not great - we had 2 stays.
Breakfast, staff helpfulness.
Rooms are a bit rundown.

Rooms and bathroom was big and comfy with good extra decor. Breakfast was decent. Laundry service returned my clothes exactly when they said and well cleaned.
Nice and clean walking distance from main attractions Very good service
staff was very helpful they changed money for us extensive breakfast included a warm welcome good location
noise level high when big groups came in
We really satisfied with the hotel reception, they are very nice n helpful, the hotel location walking distance to the Turis area
The hotel didn't have lift facility to the room , its difficult to bring luggage using stair
Big selection for breakfast helpful staff interesting decor Big common area comfy beds
The lavanderia up the road, DON'T use it. It's the one up the hill on the same side of the street as the entrance to Taypikala. Dropped off my clothes with explicit instructions, given in Spanish by my girlfriend who is Colombian, to separate whites and colours. This shOuld be common sense to a laundry person but we made sure we were understood anyway. We pick up our clothes and all the whites are pink, hundreds of dollars worth of clothes ruined, and the old woman still wanted paid, saying she didn't get the message they needed to be separated, as if the communication breakdown between the staff there is not their fault, and refused to even apologize. Incompetent. Go somewhere else.
Excelente servicio y atención
WIFI very had! no good conection!
Location was close to everything, bed was big and comfy, staff were great and helpful, decor wasvery interesting. There was lots to eat at breakfast (fruit, bread, eggs, meats, cereal, juice and more), nice big outdoor common area.
Everything was good.
Breakfast is good Many channels on TV 24h front desk staff They keep lugagge in case of doing inka trail or similar
After 4 days inka trail we came back to the hotel and they "upgrade" us to a Junior Suite room. Intention was good but the room was completely worse. 3th floor no elevator. Jacuzzi instead of shower with less water pressure and not practical for what we needed. Blurry TV channels
