Rooms and bathroom was big and comfy with good extra decor. Breakfast was decent. Laundry service returned my clothes exactly when they said and well cleaned.
Nice and clean walking distance from main attractions Very good service
staff was very helpful they changed money for us extensive breakfast included a warm welcome good location
noise level high when big groups came in
We really satisfied with the hotel reception, they are very nice n helpful, the hotel location walking distance to the Turis area
The hotel didn't have lift facility to the room , its difficult to bring luggage using stair
Big selection for breakfast helpful staff interesting decor Big common area comfy beds
The lavanderia up the road, DON'T use it. It's the one up the hill on the same side of the street as the entrance to Taypikala. Dropped off my clothes with explicit instructions, given in Spanish by my girlfriend who is Colombian, to separate whites and colours. This shOuld be common sense to a laundry person but we made sure we were understood anyway. We pick up our clothes and all the whites are pink, hundreds of dollars worth of clothes ruined, and the old woman still wanted paid, saying she didn't get the message they needed to be separated, as if the communication breakdown between the staff there is not their fault, and refused to even apologize. Incompetent. Go somewhere else.
Excelente servicio y atención
WIFI very had! no good conection!
Location was close to everything, bed was big and comfy, staff were great and helpful, decor wasvery interesting. There was lots to eat at breakfast (fruit, bread, eggs, meats, cereal, juice and more), nice big outdoor common area.
Everything was good.
Breakfast is good Many channels on TV 24h front desk staff They keep lugagge in case of doing inka trail or similar
After 4 days inka trail we came back to the hotel and they "upgrade" us to a Junior Suite room. Intention was good but the room was completely worse. 3th floor no elevator. Jacuzzi instead of shower with less water pressure and not practical for what we needed. Blurry TV channels
Changed room on second night to a quiet room - much more peaceful overlooking courtyard.
Noisy room on the first night.
No Internet in the Rooms
Good shower Comfy beds Good wifi
Noisy! Construction at 7am
The room was really good. Staff helped with everything. Great food in the restaurant.
Wifi in the room is very weak. In the lobby is ok. Location is not perfect. 12 mins walk until plaza de armas.
Breakfast was my favorite with 10 different fruits available. Location and staff were good.
the beds were sooo comfortable location good, short walk to main square breakfast was good staff helpful could make more of the small outside space
first impression was more like a hostal
Check out was too early!! The consequences of having everyone check out at the same time was that the reception area was too busy. Should be staggered.
Everything about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the location was great too. We loved our few days there and wished we could have stayed longer.
The location was very good, close to the historic city center -Plaza de armas-. There was a bit of confusion with our reservation -apparently part of the staff was off on holidays- but they provided an upgrade to my room to solve the issue. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable.
The room's furniture was a little dated, and parts of the bathroom needed a little refurbish, but now we think that is the standard for the hotels in Peru in this price range. Dated, but still feels like a hotel, not a hostel.
The internet is very bad
location and breakfast are good.
shabby rooms, all seem to need need renovation works. Old/chipped furniture, mold in the walls. Not worth the price.
Nice comfy bed. Heater in the room. Good shower. Decent breakfast.
WiFi was very poor.
Impression of Cusco was very well supported by this hotel. No bad impressions.
Nothing. It was all good for us.
