Hotel Taypikala Machupicchu    

The staff was horrible. They were unresponsive when we asked where things were. The breakfast was terrible and overall, it was a horrible experience , especially for the cost.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with a hiking reservation and they were very helpful, making phone calls for us. close to bus stop for Machu Picchu. Clean.

It was a little bit of a walk up hill to the hotel. would not recommend for anyone that is older or not able to walk up hill.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is more like a hostel. Very disappointing !

They make you feel very welcome. For the money, it's a great deal! The woman (think she owns the hotel) is very friendly. The hotel is really safe.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Did all they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Location and views are perfect. Hotel and room are very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good

Price is too high. We had a superior suite with a jacuzzi tub but no hot water to fill it. Some plumbing issues and small water leaks in the bathroom.

The staff was excellent overall, after Machu Picchu we have all of our laggage in the train station. Rooms clean with a nice view. Internet excellent

We stayed overnight on 27th. Nov. 2012 and were met at the station, and assisted to the Hotel. The staff were helpful in finding restraunts and travel points.

The facilities.The windows from the room aren't closed properly and it's very cold in the room.The window from the bathroom couldn't be closed. Very noisy at night. But, having in view the other hotels in the area I think it' s the best hotel.

Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpfull. Breakfast spread had varities of items and very clean. If I ever go back to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) I would surely stay at Hotel Taypikala Machupicchu.

Few fly like insects were in the room initially but later we did not find any.

We had asked for a wake up call at 4:30 to be able to eat breakfast at 5 to ensure we were in line early for the bus to Machupicchu. Fortunately, we used our phone alarm as a back up or we would have missed our "once in a lifetime" early viewing of mp. In addition, the staff didnt have the breakfast ready at 5. For travelers, its very important to get to the bus as early as possible, so we chose not to wait. Bathrooms in the lobby had no running water. There are much better choices in Aguascalientes for better value priced hotels.

la atención del personal. Fue muy bueno que nos llevaran las maletas a la estacion de trenes. Este servicio fue muy agradable evitandonos retirar las maletas por nuestra cuenta.

La disponibilidad de su personal en un mundo muy lejano a la civilización, donde solamente se puede llegar por tren...Posicionado en Aguas Calientes, esta ciudad ha roto el ecosistema del lugar para dar paso a una civilización muy diferente a lo acostumbrado en el mundo occidental, donde los negocios pasan por encima de muchos principios de eco-ambiente. La habitación que nos dieron fue cómoda, pero debemos tener en cuenta que no es temporada de alta ocupación hotelera. No sé cómo este hotel tiene 4 estrellas, en términos de padrones mundiales. Me parece que con 3 estrellas estaría bien Atte., Santiago Quezada

El personal se esmera en atender bien al cliente.

La ubicación en subida y al final del pueblo. No me gustó que el check out sea tan temprano (9 Am). Volvimos de machupicchu y no teníamos acceso a duchas y únicamente podíamos quedarnos en el lobby esperando nuestro tren (el cual es imposible adelantar para volver a Cusco.

Las instalaciones son muy comodas, la habitacion tenia vista a la montana y al rio, la atencion es personalizada, sin duda una maravillosa experiencia.

Muy buen hotel

Escogí el hotel en Cusco y en Machupicchu y ninguno me defraudo, vale decir que este hotel tiene un encanto especial que sólo es posible gracias a la atención de sus empleados a su diseño y su ubicación privilegiada con vista a la montaña y al rio. Es el 1er hotel que veo con televisor 3D, la verdad vale la pena ya que los otros hoteles son carísimos y los demás son hostales impresentables. muy buena relación calidad precio
