* Buy Spotify and try to provide a bigger playlist for the music. At this time I know _all_ the lyrics for _all_ songs.
* Kids had one Banana split dessert, then they ran our of bananas. Even if we asked for it every lunch and dinner, still no bananas. I would reckon there is a strong demand for Banana split if the customers asks for it. If we have bananas all year in Sweden, I would think it's not too difficult getting it here.
Needs improvement: We booked through booking.com and some mistakes were made with a slow internet connection in Lima, so we ended up booking _two_ rooms, and we discoved this day before we went, so even if we cancelled one reservation, we still paid full price. Vale, since it said in the confirmation "Any cancellation or modification fees are determined by the property", we thought that we will sort it out when we arrived. Upon arrival nothing could be done and Casa Andina are pointing to booking.com and booking.com are pointing to Casa Andina. A very effectiv strategy to make customers to not bother and not to let this ruin the holiday.
However, if I was the Customer S, Manager at Casa Andina I would not concentrate on giving excuses, rather to review how much money we spent in the hotel during these days and give us a good deal regarding our second bungalow that we are paying for but not using. I'm used to for a no show the hotel charge the first night, but not the whole stay.
눇We stayed at the Casa Andina for 5 nights with two kids (2 and 6 years old). The whole stay was faboluous. The staff is genuinly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a bungaloo which was perfect for us four. Kids were staying upstairs, and we rearranged the beds so they could sleep together. Cleaning of the room was spotless, the pool is clean and the kids were bathing from 10am to 6pm every day. I thought they were turning into molluscs. We went to the beach a couple of times and enjoyed the waves, however the current is rather strong so I always had the kids close. We felt very safe, I left my phone, wallet and money on the sunbed without any worries. The free internet also works really good, I was able to Skype with family in Sweden during the stay.
Food is excellent, nothing I expected. As my 6 years old said: "I eat more here than in Sweden" She tried thing from both the a la carte and childmeny. I think I had the Aji de gallina 7 times. We ate both lunch and dinner and also enjoyed quite many amazing pisco sours. I tried to empty the bar a couple of times, but there seems like they have a constant flow of pisco. ;-)
In the evenings there is an illuminated path to the beach, often went there with the kids to listen to the waves. There is also a playground for the kids, both outdoors and indoors. In the evening, while we were eating, they kids went for frog-spotting that kept them occupied for hours.
We also tried the Spa Joop, and tried different treatments, which we were happy with.
