Comfortable rooms, neatly maintained. Good and kind service. Fast and uncomplicated check in/out. Very good location near to good shopping and tourist sites.

The outside noise is a bit annoying, but not too much. Bathtubs are too small.

We had to pay for the room in advance on arrival, we were tired after fly and we needed rest , not to negotiate the room price , which was complitelty diffrent from what we book, hotel has its own eexchange rate, much lower than official. Th air condition in the room was very loud, we could not sleep. We got twice not well wash towels

The staff was very pleasant ,efficient and always smiling. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and kitchenette was more than helpful. The hotel is very clean and very central.

Hotel gets very noisy between the clubs around the corner and the gym on the 3rd floor. The breakfast staff is extremely unhelpful and down right rude I would not take the breakfast option again!!!

The suite was pretty comfortable and of good size, there was a bath tub and hot water (though not unlimited, because of the old water heater)... Its facilities are well conserved though it isn't a really big hotel and its location is unbeatable, being a block away from the Kennedy Plaza in Miraflores District (close to almost everything there is to see in Lima).

Being an apartment-type of suite it had microwave and a small business refrigerator, but no option to supply it (pick drinks, snacks or stuff)... You'll have to take a walk to a Wong's or a Vivanda (local quality markets) to buy supplies if needed. For the facilities and everything the hotel is actually kind of pricey, I still picked it based on location and comfort... And the hotel staff should be more careful when handling clients credit cards, upon check-in my credit card was charged with a pre-authorization for $800 (way over my stance expenses) and when checking out that pre-authorization was cancelled and I was recharged with the actual costs...In a normal situation this is fine, but coming from Venezuela (a country with a major currency exchange control by the government from many years back) this was pure disaster.

O pessoal é muito educado, o quarto é bem espaçoso e a cama uma delicia.

Alojé en una Junior Suite cuyo refrigerador estaba vacío y por la hora de llegada del vuelo no se podía comprar nada. El barrio de noche no tenía buen aspecto.

Ubicación, posibilidad de tener todo en una habitacion, cama, sofa, escritorio y mini comedor. Buen nivel y precio razonable para lo que se ofrece.

La amplitud de la habitacion y las camas

La atencion en el desayuno, la persona que estuvo a cargos del 14 al 18 de Febrero estaba mas preocupado de lo que uno consumia de atenderlo, no paso lo mismo el ultimo dia de mi permanencia la persona si estaba preocupado de atenderlo que fue mi ultimo dia el 19 de Febrero.

Pessoal extremamente educado e atencioso. Cama excelente, grande, colchão muito confortável. Ar condicionado. Localização.

Banheiro um pouco velho, desgastado. Cheiro insuportável de cigarro no quarto

Достойные четыре звезды. Внимательный персонал, хорошее обслуживание, удобное расположение ( в плане шопинга). За свои деньги (в нашем случае это 96 долл./сутки) более чем. С удовольствием вернулись бы еще.

Была небольшая проблема с кондиционером, но устранили оперативно. Так что это скорее плюс, чем минус.

As camas são incríveis, muito confortáveis, com 4 travesseiros. O quarto é enorme, um excelente hotel, recomendadíssimo. A localização também é perfeita.
