very friendly doorman, central location in Miraflores, large rooms receptionists not very experienced, rooms towards the front are very noisy due to "Calle de las pizzas" impossible to sleep on week-ends, rooms on third floor are noisy throughout the entire week since gym is just bellow and you can hear the weights of the machines. Windows in rooms towards the front can not be opened. |

We loved this hotel. The rooms were lovely, large comfortable bed and a great location (close to shops and restaurants in Miraflores). The staff were pleasant and the restaurant served excellent food. |

The bed is simply wonderful, after seven days through cusco and Macchupicchu in hostals it was really fantastic to sleep in this hotel. The localization is also excelent very near Miraflores central park The breakfast is not in the same level of the whole hotel. |

The hotel staff is not professional, not clear about term and conditions of the hotel. They charged me half day to stay few hours more..... I had request the prolong stay in advanced (1 week) but nobody answerd me. |

The breakfast was adequate for our family. The sauna and steam room were great too. Rooms are large and spacious with fridge and microwaves. Like everywhere in Lima, there is a tourist tax added to stuff that is hard to figure out. |
