I cannot say enough about the staff. They were the most friendly and cooperative people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing.with. Even in a wonderful friendly country like Peru the staff far exceeded that. In addition, the location and cleaniliness was excellant.

There's a good gym that hotel guests have access to, and the location is great.

I had a nice stay there and only spent one night there. The next day I discovered a lot of bites on my body that are indicative of bed bug bites. I probably would not stay there again.

The room was ver spacious and the hotel very well located.

I found the staff quite rude. In partcular i was surprised to find that when a friend i had met in Lima before came to my room i was charged 50 USD as though she was a lady of the night. We were not very impressed.

The Senior suite rooms are very comfortable. The Beds are the most comfortable beds ever! Good Wifi internet, good cable tv. Food in the restaurant is very good, though the range of deserts needs to be improved. A comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Booking and check in: The hotel tends to put too much availability online when it is full and then worries about how to solve the problem of extra guests. We were given an upgrade for this reason, which actually seemed like a downgrade because the only tv was in the bedroom in the upgrade. Additionally, i booked a smoking room and staff put me in a non smoking room. The resolution was to offer me another room: a room which was still being painted and decorated! Seriously, expecting 5 star? expect a good 3 star with bonuses. Then you won't be dissapointed, but ask, is it worth the money?

Bed was pretty comfortable. I needed to book a bus to Nazca and the hotel staff was very helpful, checking websites, calling bus companies, etc. Breakfast was good also.

I wonder why TV was not facing either sofas or bed... but it didn't really matter.

A cortesia de todo o pessoal de atendimento e de apoio (limpeza, motoristas, bar, desjejum, restaurante, etc.). Durante 5 dias não vi nenhum empregado do hotel de mau humor: sua constante era sempre a gentileza, polidez e simpatia.

Os banheiros, embora impecavelmente limpos, não são novos e precisam de algumas melhorias (P.ex., Não há ducha higiênica).

Recepção tranquila e sem problemas com a reserva do site booking. O quarto deste hotel é amplo, bem equipado com cozinha e closet, além de uma saleta. O quarto também disponibiliza cofre e acesso gratuito a internet. óTima cama. A localização é boa o que facilita o acesso aos locais de interesse. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem servido. Ambiente tranquilo sem muita gente. Tem uma ótima academia.

Em frente ao hotel existem algumas boates. Fica bem perto da Rua da Pizzas. Com isto o barulho a noite é grande e não é abafado pela dupla janela do apartamento. Isto acontece todos os dias e não apenas nos finais de semana, e vai até as 5 horas da madrugada. A janela não abre o que faz com que o quarto fique meio abafado (piso de carpete). O ar condicionado não é central, mas de janela e bastante barulhento. A temperatura da água do chuveiro não é estável, ou seja, esquenta demais ou esfria de repente. O hotel conta com apenas um elevador. As vezes demora bastante para ser atendido. No topo de prédio existem holofotes bem potentes. Nem as cortinas blackout dos apartamentos mais altos cortam toda luz. Recomendo que solicitem quartos dos fundos e em andares mais baixos, que provavelmente são menos barulhentos. E levem protetores auriculares.

Tinha reserva em apartamento comum e ao chegar, não havia mais e de imediato me colocaram em um de luxo sem cobrar diferença. Apartamento completo com cozinha, micro ondas, ferro de passar, cama king sise com roupas impecáveis, tv de quase 50 polegadas, por satelite, wi-fi.

Amplitud de las habitaciones, la ubicación del hotel y la atención del personal.

Su cercanía con Discos y Pubs que provocan un ruido ensordecedor que en mi caso me obligó -a medianoche- a cambiar de habitación.

Atendimento muito bom!
