Location is good. Just in front of 24 hrs open supermarket. Some good restaurant neaby.We are not interested in casino, but the hotel is ok. The bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and kind.We stayed in high floor and good view. Sunset was beautiful.

It takes almost 30mins by taxi to world heritage area.

The hotel is very nice, but I stood there just one night. I didn't even step in the casino or the spa areas. I booked a junior suit but once I got there they upgraded me to a executive suit. The room is huge, with lots of natural light and a excellent king sized bed.

There was no tv working during my stay. The staff were not very good very poor service considering it is supposed to be a 5 atar hotel.The bathroom was very dated, poor shower pressure and not enough hot water to run a bath. There was only 1 elevator working which was constantly in use by the hotel staff. The room was very noisy at night car horns going all night, I was so unhappy with this hotel that I checked out early.

The room at the suite it was very confortable, also the staff it was very nice

I suggest you to stay at the highest floor of the hotel, because if not the noise of the air conditioner of the hotel is terrible!!!, but if you are at the right room there is a big problem, even with the windows closed.

Excellent international quality rooms, good service and a great location.

The hotel is frankly too expensive for Lima, Peru. I found a equally good hotel for my return for nearly half the price.

Excelente localização. Funcionários amigáveis. Quarto amplo e confortável. Boa limpeza.

Demora para solucionar problemas, como a água quente no primeiro piso que nunca foi reestabelecida. Apenas um elevador fincionando de modo precário (lento). Desjejum instisfatório, com poucas variedades em se considerando o padrão do hotel.

A suite do 19 andar é linda e luxuosa com belissima vista de Lima.

O servico de internet nao funcionou no quarto durante a nossa estadia apesar de muitas tentativas.

Nous avions fait une reservation d'une suite et nous avions specifie que nous voulions des lits jumeaux. Or, on nous a dit que c'etait impossible et que nous devions paye 30 dollars pour l'ajout d'un lit supplementaire. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient mettre un queen size et en fait ils ont mis un lit simple en nous faisant payer un lit double. Nous y etions trois jours et en trois jours, la reception m'a pas eu de reponse a notre demande et nous avons du payer les 30 dollars. En outre, nous avions demande un transformateur a notre arrivee. Ils ont dit qu'on l'aurait. Malgre une reclamation, nous ne l'avons jamais eu. Pour un hotel de cette gamme, le service n'est pas du tout a la hauteur. Les lits ne sont pas confortables et la deco moderne de l'entree ne correspond pas a la deco des chambres (tres annees 70)

Os quartos são lindos e espaçosos, o atendimento dos funcionários são ótimos.

O café da manha é muito pequeno e simples, parece de 2 estrelas.
