Thunderbird Hotel Pardo is located in the heart of Miraflores. The hotel offers spectacular views of Lima and the Pacific Ocean and free Wi-Fi. There is free parking. The traditionally styled suites each have a living and dining area. All rooms are well-equipped with the latest technology, including 32" LCD TVs. The suites have elegant, marble bathrooms. Some feature a jacuzzi. The hotel features a rooftop jacuzzi as well. There is a restaurant and bar too, which serves fresh, local food and international cuisine. Everything was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The reception staff, restaurant staff, housemaids and all I encountered were fabulous. I cannot think of any areas of improvement.

They provided unexpected extra services to traveler . I arrived very early , they offer me a upper grade room for showering and rest ( let me have the time to meet clients ) and I already checked out and left the lugguges in the hotel; my flight was at mid night ; when I returned to pick up my lugguges for a 30+hrs flight back to HK , unexpected , they allow me to take a good shower !! All the staff are friendly with smile ! Thank you so much ! Michael Cheung Ming

When I book the hotel on booking.com it said 129 per night. When I checked out Monday april 30 they charged me double and threaten arrest if I did not pay. Then said my credit card was denied and charged me an additional 37 dollars to call me bank to fix the problem. The bill should have been about 600 dollars instead they charged me 1200. I would never stay there again!!!

Hotel was excellent, a very warm welcome. Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast very good and the restaurant as well. Very well situated in Miraflores. Very comfortable beds and very friendly staff. Highly recommendable.

Das Hotel liegt in Miraflores in einem Gebiet von wo man schnell am Meer ist und in einigen Minuten im Zentrum von Lima. Für Business oder Städtereisen kann ich es nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und immer hilfsbereit bei Problemen.

El hotel se define como hotel de 5 estrellas, pero dista mucho... lo único bueno es que has habitaciones eran amplias, pero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado!! -No funcionaba el aire acondicionado -instalaciones no corresponden a un hotel de 5 estrellas -muy ruidoso
