Free use of the facilities such as business centre and gym. The junior suite was amazing and very spacious. The personnel at the front desk were very rude and impolite. They can't deal well if you check in as backpacker who can afford a 5 star hotel. We had a junior suite at a very good rate, but across the street a huge renovation is going on, which started very early in the morning!. That explains the good rate of the suite :-(. The breakfast buffet is very dissapointing for a 5-star hotel.

Quality of the furnishings. Comfort of the king bed. Breakfast served in the room Made a relaxing trip. Extended my stay by another day. The room was not cleaned out and this was an hour before I was able to use my room at night. Confusion over breakfast being part of the service. Which it was. But not when served in the room. Confusion over the advertised total daily rate which was not inclusive of the 10%tax.

Nos dieron un upgrade de Junior Suite King (56m2) a Junior Suite Double Queen (80m2) así. Todo el personal estaba muy amable y siempre "en favor" del huesped.

Das Hotel liegt in Miraflores in einem Gebiet von wo man schnell am Meer ist und in einigen Minuten im Zentrum von Lima. Für Business oder Städtereisen kann ich es nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und immer hilfsbereit bei Problemen.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Personnel très aimable. J'avais passé les 4 premiers jours au Maryott, entre les deux, aucun doute beaucoup plus aimable au Pardo! Rien de négatif

He disfrutado de una hotel excelente, las habitaciones son como un apartamento de 50m cuadrados, de un servicio impecable, en una de las mejores zonas de Lima y a un precio excepcional. El mejor hotel en el que he estado jamás.

La amabilidad del personal. La amplitud y confort de la habitación que nos asignaron El lobby estaba algo descuidado.Eso nos causó alguna mala impresión en principio. Luego nos dimos cuenta de que estaban realizando algunos arreglos.
