I liked the 1/2 block away from the main shopping street of town. I liked the very pleasant and helpful and English speaking front desk staff. I liked the free tea and internet stations and wifi. I also liked the Lake view (be sure to get otherwise you dont have a very nice view at all !)

this hotel at the good location , they have good view from the room ,which can face to the lake titicaca at the high floor , you can enjoy your breakfast on their 10 th floor with sun rise .they have good services with the receipition and helpful . the breakfast should have more choice that will be better ,the main door of the hotel should have a big sign or no. , let the traveler easy to find the enter .

das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Einkaufs- und Fussgängerzone und 200m vom Plazza de Armas entfernt, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht Englisch, die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Titicaca-See sind genial, noch dazu der Ausblick vom Restaurant im 10. Stock

Fantastisk trevlig personal. Gav oss b.la syrgas gratis för att bota höjdsjukan. Bra läge, nära till supermarket, pubar och restauranger mm. Kallt på natten i Puno, men det är ju inte hotellets fel!

La vista del lago titicaca desde el restaurante donde se desayuna!! Si vas pensando que es un hotel de 4 estrellas decepciona bastante...Hemos estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas bastante mejores en Perú!

El hotel esta muy céntrico Personal del hotel poco preparado y poco hábil. Desayuno excaso. Aunque tienen un cartel en la entrada de que puede pagarse con American Express, despues no nos dejaron pagar con esta tarjeta.

７階への宿泊でしたが、十分にへやからチチカカ湖がみえました。朝食は最上階で、他の建物よりも高いので３- ６０度のパノラマを楽しむことができました。
