Breakfast was good and the man in the breakfast room was very friendly. Excellent views from the breakfast room. Hotel has an exellent location. Considering we had booked a "suite" we were given a room without a window. It has a glass front which was boarded up from outside. It rained all night and the rain came through the glass front and the carpet was absolutely soaking the next morning. This was not a one off as all the wall was swollen from former rain and mould was all along the wall. I have pictures to prove it! The sink in the bathroom did not work either. The reception from the front desk was not exactly friendly. We had asked for a room on a high storey to be able to see the view but received a room without a window.

I liked the 1/2 block away from the main shopping street of town. I liked the very pleasant and helpful and English speaking front desk staff. I liked the free tea and internet stations and wifi. I also liked the Lake view (be sure to get otherwise you dont have a very nice view at all !)

Fantastisk trevlig personal. Gav oss b.la syrgas gratis för att bota höjdsjukan. Bra läge, nära till supermarket, pubar och restauranger mm. Kallt på natten i Puno, men det är ju inte hotellets fel!

Staff tried to be helpful Description of room was completely inaccurate. Didn't have a view, which was the reason we booked. For the price the 'suite' was very disappointing. Hot water would have been good too!

７階への宿泊でしたが、十分にへやからチチカカ湖がみえました。朝食は最上階で、他の建物よりも高いので３- ６０度のパノラマを楽しむことができました。

das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Einkaufs- und Fussgängerzone und 200m vom Plazza de Armas entfernt, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht Englisch, die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Titicaca-See sind genial, noch dazu der Ausblick vom Restaurant im 10. Stock

La vista del lago titicaca desde el restaurante donde se desayuna!! Si vas pensando que es un hotel de 4 estrellas decepciona bastante...Hemos estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas bastante mejores en Perú!
