Score from 469 reviews Very good
Friendly staff, not far from the Plaza de Armas, clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom.
Small room, a bit noisy.
The size of the bed
Internet didn't really work
Friendly staff able to speak good English (and not laugh too much at my poor attempts at Spanish). Excellent breakfast, which starts early for those heading out early on tours. Rooms are comfortable and clean with a really firm bed. Good wifi connection.
Warm friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to give advice on where to go in Cusco. As a solo traveller, they were concerned for my safety and went out of their way to assist and advise on the rest of my travels. Rooms were luxurious, clean and very authentic - generous and excellent breakfast. Hotel location is in the heart of the historic district in Cusco and gives a feeling of what it might have been like aeons ago.
That the visit was simply too short!
This was a beautiful little hotel nested away in the centre of Cusco. I cannot rate it highly enough. The staff were helpful, the rooms were superb and looked out on to courtyards.
The friendly and helpful staff, coffee & tea in lobby, the courtyard layout, within walking distance of main city plaza & shopping, breakfast buffet, comfort of room/bed.
Rooms need more towels, better window ventilation, free airport shuttle service is only from airport to hotel, but not back to airport.
The staff were very attentive, room large and clean. Perfect location in Cusco. Loved it.
The nightclub next door like all the reviews say is very very loud.
Really central to the historical area of Cusco. Beautiful hotel! When my son became ill, the staff arranged for a doctor to attend... really prompt helpful service.
I found this place online and when we arrived it was beyond beautiful. The staff was impeccable. Felt like we were on our honeymoon.. No words to describe how perfect it is. 10 stars from us.
Having to leave.
Amazing building full of character, big room with excellent deco. Good service and central location.
We loved absolutely everything
Rooms are somewhat small
Everything was perfect: staff was helpful, rooms are super comfortable, breakfast varied. Would definitely stay there again.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice facilities and location.
Noise from the nearby disco every night until sunrise. Earplugs required if you're not a heavy sleeper
Comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Good location for exploring Cusco. Great breakfast - good range of options, high quality.
Loud music outside - not hotel's fault.
The hotel's location and setting provides an overall feeling of tranquility. It's like being home when away from home. We felt safe and staff was very kind and attentive. Beautiful setting in a beautiful valley!
Our only concern was the dogs and the cat on the property. They had ticks on them.
Our second floor room which was facing the street.
Friendly and attentive staff Location Rooms are spacious
Limited Breakfast prepared in small portions, during my 2 days i never had fruits because they were always preparing a little
This is a great hotel in the heart of Cuzco, just 2 blocks away from Plaza de Armas. The staff is very friendly and very customer oriented, helpful and very attentive. We were welcomed with coca tea, which was available for free at all times. The room that we has was very clean, quiet and it was perfect for us. There were no problems with the WiFi and the breakfast was diverse and very tasty (especially the fruits). We stayed 2 nights, left our luggage for 5 days and stayed again for 1 night more. All in all I highly recommend this hotel.
It was just wonderful: great price for what we got: ride from the airport, delicious buffet breakfast, clean, big and cute rooms, good staff and closeness to the plaza.
My only issue is the neighborhood where its located... not pretty as Nazarenas or San Blas. Just that... not pretty.
Great staff, very helpful. Rooms and common areas are nice. Very well located.
Nearby disco is loud all night until sunrise. Bring earplugs.
We liked the staff. They were helpful and gracious.
The bed was very comfortable, but it was really too big. In Canada a double bed is much smaller and we just weren't used to such a large bed.
New and modern Hotel in an old traditional style Atriums House. Very stylish Ultimative clean Staff overwhelming friendly and helpful Very big and comfortable king size bed Lots of American cable channels Internet speed slow but acceptable
We liked the use of local art and the traditional feel to the place
They make excellent eggs for breakfast here.
Our second floor room didn't allow us to open the windows since it was facing the street.
