Great location near the main plaza and our room with a view over the rooftops was lovely. Coca tea on arrival was soothing and helped with altitude. Nice breakfast. Helpful, attentive staff.
Late night noise from adjacent bars made it difficult to sleep. All great otherwise.
Breakfast was lovely and it was great that it started at 5am, meaning you could have breakfast before going on a trek. Beds are amazing and staff are so kind and helpful. Well worth the money.
Excellent location, nice breakfast, helpful staff.
Room was miniscule and the only window faced a hall. Almost no rooms have exterior windows -- don't know if mine was exceptionally small.
Staff very helpful and friendly, totally recommend the suite, expect some noise as you can't get much more centre to the main square.
Water for the tub and sink could have been hotter, and wifi needs a little boosting in areas.
Very close to the main plaza, friendly staff, clean, and great breakfast in charming patio.
Bed sagged a bit so when my companion was next to me I rolled toward him.
Great location and helpful staff
Laundry service is expensive and the quality was bad!!
Very close to main plaza. Great helpful staff.
We were there for 6 nights and the breakfast bar became very boring by the end of our trip. Disco up the street played loud music into the wee hours.
The decor, the comfort of the beds, great breakfasts, and the location. This is one of those hotels where the general culture of the staff is to say `yes' to any request from a guest if they possibly can... and do so with a smile. Everyone of the staff we interacted with had this attitude. We found this hotel to be great value for our money.
very good location if you stay only for a day in cusco. the staff is very helpfull and friendly the hotel very charming. I would highly recommend the hotel to my friends
the matress is a little to hard to sleep comfortable
Customer Service and location was supreme.
Location is great , very close to the central plaza. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help Great rooms Good breakfast
staff and location
Such a charming place, everyone so helpful, very clean, breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the tea available at check-in. Totally wonderful experience
The only negative ,at least for us was that the beds were too hard for our backs.
This placer is ver y well situated, lesd then one block away from the central plaza. The staff was always helpful and ver y detalles with explainations about food, drinking water (boiled water for backpack reservoir), altitudes sickness, and where exchange money, taxi services, and of course always a huge smile at all hours! They were always ready to answer all questions. Their suggestions were always great (restaurants, taxi prices, and directions to places!). In total, I would definitely stay with them again and recommend it! Some rooms were very colonial and with great decor. Breakfast good quality and a lot of choices, and for all tastes (coffee better quality), coca tea always available and ready. General areas comfy, nice, and cozy. Also cleanliness was incredibly good!
Some rooms might be a bit small, for some people.
I definitely loved the location - being so close to the square. Josa Luis provided great service - offering tea, carrying my bags to and from my room, Juan explaining every thing to me I.e. the area. The single room was clean and very chic.
Our room had a wonderful view over the terracotta rooftops of Cuzco, golden at sunrise and a show of fairy lights by night. So close to Plaza de Armes and close to every thing else too. Staff very helpful and friendly with good English, and helped my husband with oxygen even in the middle of the night. Jill and Simon
Noise from nearby disco may be a problem for light sleepers depending on room.
Very well situated, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
At one minute walk from Cuzco main plaza. Staff very kind and helpfull
Very noisy and small rooms, lack of privacy as the only window of the room is in the internal courtyard
This hotel is located just round the corner of the central Plaza de Armas. It offers great comfort and a good value for money. For some chilly nights you have additional heaters in the rooms. Pickup service from the airport is included for free. Very friendly and helpful staff. And perfect breakfast ! Highly recommended.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is a very short distance from the Plaza des Armas where you can visit many churches, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at Tierra Viva Cusco Plaza and would not hesitate to stay there again.
The hotel was just next to the main square, so, it was very convenient and there were many police officers around. The hotel staff took good care of their guests. They are very warm and with full hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay there.
I have stayed twice separately for this travel. The rooms had no window, but this was usual with the houses in Cusco, I think.
Very close to Plaza Armas.
Lack of those white, sheer privacy curtains which do not block day light from coming into the room. All they had were the heavy drapes.
Great location very near the main square.
Incredibly loud music from neighbouring club prevented good sleep at the weekend. Room smelt damp.
Clean, comfortable and charming. Staff helpful and pleasant. Just off the main square with easy access. Good breakfast selection and nice area to eat in. Held our luggage both while we went to Machu Picchu and after checkout until we left for the airport.
Close to the plaza Great staff Good breakfast Very clean
