In a lovely, quiet part of Cusco. A short walk down to plaza. Friendly and great breakfast.
Rooms are nice but without much character.
Staff excellent, quiet location but convenient for all cusco offers
Wifi not great
Situated in San blas, within the historical centre made getting around on foot really easy. Very close to the main plaza. Room was spacious and bed enormous.
Wifi is quite slow. Had to ask to turn on water heating as shower was tepid, even then the water wasn't hot for long at all. Do not use the hotels taxi service. Their fixed tariffs with this company are hugely inflated. 3, 4 or more times the actual fare.
Staff extremely helpful. Very good service. Helped organize day trips and transfers, including complementary transfer from airport. Breakfast offered good choices. Very good location for exploring the city.
We had two rooms. Some rooms around the courtyard were noisier than others due to other guests coming and going during the night.
- Location is quiet but close/walking distance to everything. - Nice breakfast. - Excellent/helpful staff.
Friendliness, comfort, decor, price.
Location, coca tea at reception, decor, design, atmosphere in the place. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was ok, could be better with better varieties for vegetarian who doesn't it eggs. Sometimes it was too cold in the room. Water in the shower is not always hot but considering that you are in the mountains it can be accepted.
Great staff and hotel location
Great staff, good breakfast and very nice rooms
Modern room, big shower, complementary water, toiletries, very good breakfast, nice service
Slow internet, other than that fantastic stay.
It's a really nice hotel. Recently built, but keeping the colonial style. Peaceful and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
* Location - not far from main square * Friendly Staff * Provided complementary drop off to compensate messing up of pick up * Breakfast was nice
Late in arriving at airport for complementary pickup. I went to hotel myself after 30 min wait.
The people there were amazing. They will always help you with anything you need. They all speak English. The hotel is close to San Blas and 3 blocks away from the main plaza. Walking distance to everything in Cusco. The hotel is very cozy. And the rooms are very comfortable. They offer to pick us up from the airport when we arrived for free. Great place overall, I totally recommend.
Our room was pointed towards the street and it was a little noisy sometimes (you might get that noise almost anywhere in Cusco) but it was not a real problem for us. If you want a quieter room ask for one that is not next to the street.
the staff was very helpful, the room was clean, lovely breakfast
our room was across from the toilets and was noisier than I would have liked however, I did not request a change. the shower floor was very slippery.
The rooms are well sized. Beds are good. Breakfast is decent. Staff were great; always with a smile. They helped us with the taxis, checking with airline on our change in flight timings and recommendations on where to eat and shop.
The heater that makes small spark sound.
Staff; bedroom and general cleanliness. Small garden at rear of hotel.
No lounge; no bar or food other than breakfast; noise of cleaning and luggage at very early hours. Location in a narrow street away from the centre and still run down not encouraging. It was not a bad hotel but having stayed in at least 15 hotels in my visits to Cusco, in my opinion does not deserve the high percentage points that it has.
Walking distance to all attractions
There is no central heating system
QUALITY OF THE STAFF GOOD QUALITY SHEETS
BREAKFAST LOTS OF HAIR ON THE BATHROBE
Everything, and especially the attention and response of the staff.
Great Location, Comfortable, Great friendly and helpful staff
That I could not stay longer due to my schedule.
The attention to detail from staff - a coca drink on arrival, a currency exchange and a hearty buffet breakfast.
Not much, but after doing the Inca Trail my girlfriend wanted a bath and they didn't have a plug to put in the hole...their solution was to block it with plastic wrapping.
Ambience, location, staff, breakfast, and tea.
The hotel was a converted charming, but old building. As such, noise traveled. Light sleepers should bring earplugs.
