Breakfast could have been better, little space to put toiletries.

This was the best hotel we stayed at for four nights over our three week holiday. The staff and service was impeccable. This is definitely a hotel I would feel very happy to recommend to fellow travellers. The breakfast was good, the hotel was very neat and clean. There was something very personal about the service we received as well as the helpfulness of the staff. We missed our transfer from the airport and they organized dfor a free transfer back when we were leaving Cusco. The gentleman who is responsible for breakfast downstairs, Mario, I have to commend him on the awesome job he does at making sure that everything is to perfection! Thank you again for an awesome stay!

Very courteous staff and immaculate rooms. Excellent selection of fresh food for breakast. Pleasant patio with fountain. Walking to the historic center of Cusco took only a few minutes. Regretted that I couldn't stay longer.

The "business center" was in an alcove rather than a heated room. A bit chilly when working in the early morning or late at night!

Brilliant place to stay if you are in Cusco! Particularly for those acclimatising to altitude and planning to do the Inka Trail. Rooms big and well apportioned, great location only a few mins walk to main plaza with restaurants and tour companies for day trips, staff were excellent - most friendly, professional, helpful with 24 hr front desk, and good breakfasts which also start from 5am for those early morning trail pickups.

Nothing - a rare hotel that got everything right!

Disappointing to see an offer of free collection from Cusco airport, whilst no such offer from the bus or train station?! No meaningful help from the front desk with organising onward travel. Inaccessible with push chair as hotel is built into the side of a hill (many stairs). Slow internet connection. Location in a charmless dark street. No restaurant or room service.

The location was great-- just a short walk from the Plaza del Armas-- making it convenient and quiet at the same time. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The tasty breakfast add even more value.

Comfortable rooms, hot breakfast, 2 courtyards and breakfast room available all day for relaxing, f4ree daily bottled water, location fairly close to Plaza de las Armas

It is a beautiful and quaint hotel with a very nice courtyard. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I especially like the fact that it was a small hotel and a very quiet location. They were very kid friendly and the breakfast was varied and very good.

Nice, attentive staff. We loved the room (very spacious) with a really comfortable king sized bed. Good breakfast! Great wifi!

We loved this hotel. Our suite was ultra spacious with fabulous living and bedroom areas and a gorgeous bathroom. Great brekkie, super friendly and helpful staff and a great location. Ideal for traveller's who are after a boutique hotel experience without 5 star facilities and the 5 star price tag. We opted for a smaller room when we returned from Machu Picchu which was also lovely and great for a one night stay.

We could not fault this property - loved everything about it.

Free airport shuttle (worth about $4 OW). Driver was also the hotel's tour operator. Reasonably priced tours. Clean, cozy. Decent breakfast. Hot and cold selections.

Very noisy room, heard steps from 2nd floor, door shutting. Woke up to others leaving early for likely the early train to Machu Picchu. 10 min walk from Plaza de Armas.

Excellent service from all the staff! They made my stays very easy and comfortable. Rooms are impeccably clean and modern.

Personnel was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. (Bathroom) facilities are new and clean.

I was charged the surplus of 18% for my room which applies for Peruvians although I am not peruvian. Personnel was not willing to understand as did any other hotel I was hosted in Peru.

The place itself was just great. Confortable beds and bathrooms. The room inmaculated. Very good price. The staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast with more than enough alternatives. Certainly the best hotel during our peruvian vacations.

It was about 7min walk from the city's civic center, is not much but a bit unconfortable. This is not the place to write about this, but if you visit Cuzco probably is to go to Machupicchu. Regarding this, we had many many problems with an agency called InkaVacations, so I strongly don't recommend them.

Beautiful hotel, very modern facilities. Biggest bed I've ever seen. Very helpful staff. Able to arrange tours (Including to Machu Picchu). Fabulous breakfast included. Very close to main square and level walking. Price through Booking.com was less that advertised price at reception.

We loved the modern bath, with the rustic charm of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful

Barking Dog...every night and we stayed there 4 nights there was a barking dog in the neighbor hood. Only in a sound proof room could you get relief. We used the fan on the electric heater to use as a buffer. by the way many 3 and 4 * hotels in areas some next door or across the St. and that animal could be heard.

The internal entironment of this hotel is prefect. The extra big bed is very very comfortable. The lavatory is clean and inspirational. There are only 3 blocks to the center of the city. I got peace time in the hotel. Especially, the service in this hotel is the best one I got before. Their staff in the hotel is so nice and eagerness. Them helped us a lot. And also, the breakfast in this hotel is so good.
