Great service, great location, great building

It was my wife's 50th birthday and I requested flowers an chocolates for the room which the staff were kind enough to arrange

The room was nothing like the photos on Booking.com the ceiling and 3 of the walls were rough concrete which at some stage had been painted white but large areas of white had come away exposing the raw concrete.It was reminiscent of a store for oil drums or tractor parts not a hotel room. On booking.com the room boasted a hair drier, TV, dvd player, fridge,kitchen. There was a TV but the remote didnt work. I asked at reception and was told 3 hours for the DVD player but it never arrived there was no hair drier and the kitchen complete with one gallon kettle was set up for staff. We were woken at about 7am by the clip clop on the floor above of the staff member wearing high heels as she dragged tables an chairs tables in place for breakfast. At about 10am the cleaner tried to get in with a pass key . .The wi fi was good I used it to cancel the weeks booking I had made at this hotel

The location is convenient to the Plaze and other sites of interest. The price was economical and the service was excellent. We stayed in two different rooms. Both of which were spacious and clean. The breakfast was generous and well served. The personnel were well trained and very anxious to please and helped us with several other arrangements.

Hot water can be a problem when showering in the morning.

Comfortable hotel close to centre of town. Felt very safe and staff very helpful.

Breakfast adequate but ordinary. Good coffee a short walk away at Cusco coffee!

The staff was very helpful, booked us a tour and got us a cab to the airport. Great location 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas.

The staff members were all friendly. We arrived at 4am, they let us go in our room and not being upset because we woke them up. Every request was attended immediately. We consider this hotel the best we stayed ever!

The rooms are large, clean, new, and quiet. The atmosphere is great - the hotel is in a colonial-style mansion with several internal courtyards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even served me breakfast after the buffet had ended. And the hotel has two things hard to find in Peru: copious amounts of hot water and fast WiFi! It is about a ten minute walk to the Plaza de Armas.

The hotel didn't accept credit cards, saying something about not having the machine. Booking.com specifically notes that the hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard, so this was a frustration.

Fuimos en grupo al torneo sudamericano de atletismo y nos trataron muy bien, atención excelente, buena disposición del personal a solucionar cualquier problema y responder inquietudes, habitaciones amplias y limpieza diaria muy buena, caracteríasticas del hotel en cuanto a su arquitectura lo hacen muy cómodo y que no sienta uno encierro, buena iluminación de todos los sectores del hotel, había wi fi y computador a dsiposicìón, felicitaciones

Sólo pequeños detalles que tal vez no afectan a todos ls pasajeros sino a algunas personas en particular, por ejemplo, nunca hubo endulzante a disposición en el desayuno, como deportistas tuvimos que consumir azúcar siendo que habitualmente no lo hacemos, puede ser un detalle pero para nosotros era algo importante, nada dulce en el desayuno, faltaron algunas cosas como pastelillos, el resto muy bien.

Me siento estafada por la publicidad engañosa de este Hotel, (si es que asi se le puede llamar). Reserve por 5 noches, pero solo me quede 1 , (por la cual tuvieron el descaro de cobrarme 2 noches) Desayuno Buffet de baja calidad, la habitacion inhospita, muy pequeña, se escuchaban todos los ruidos, sin cable de TV, no habia servicio de Restaurant, teniendo que encargar por telefono una pizza (que llego fria) y ademas agregar el precio del Taxi, del envio. No es apto para personas que tienen algun problema fisico, ya que el desayuno hay que servirselo en el segundo piso, con escaleras de piedra, muy empinadas Lo catalogo de dos estrellas.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos, es limpio , romántico y silencioso cerca de la plaza de armas. sus desayunos son muy buenos en especiales por tener alimentos de la región todos muy rico!!!!!!!!!! El personal muy atento y amable......... Gracias

Tal vez si se pudiera mejorar la iluminación en la calle la Merced al inicio paresia muy oscuro por lo demás muy bien.

Bell'hotel in una struttura particolare (coloniale), a 5 minuti da plaza de armas.

Hotel con buena ubicacion ,exelente servicio se preocupan por las necesidades del cliente ,cuarto grande bien equipados tienen tina grandes, agua caliente estupenda y desayuno buffet bien completo me senti como en un pequeño paraiso de arequipa relacion calidad - servicio-precio le pongo un 10 se los recomiendo bastante.

Excel·lent hotel, molt ben situat, a poca distància de la Plaça d'Armes. Les habitacions donen a un pati interior i son molt confortables i àmplies. El personal és molt atent, el recomanem.
