Torre Dorada Residencial  

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. A driver was included for the short trip into central Cusco. Breakfast was terrific Staff arrange to have our laundry done and beautifully folded for about $4 per kilo. Tops in every way!

Top notch service from the staff, hard to beat it, has set the bar high for us. All the staff and the owner were very friendly, they go out of their way to ensure you're looked after. Highly recommend for tours around Cusco and Machu Picchu, you'll surely be in good hands.

Probably just the location but their free and always ready shuttle services to the city more than makes up for it

They are kind and cater for the guest in every way possible 2]The service if great - free transport whenever you ask for it. 3] The will order food to eat in the hotel - collect it by car and bring it to the lounge or room 4]The wifi is the best so far I have experienced in Sourth America 5] They arrange trips and attend to every detail - g ve advice freely. There is nothing more to say but this hotel is just wonderful.

Staff was great and very helpful on tips on how to navigate around the city and its sights. As the hotel is located 10 minutes away from the city center, the hotel provides free transportation back and forth to the main areas of the city and were always very responsive in getting a car to us when we needed it. Free breakfast each morning was also a plus and very tasty!

We had an issue with our toilet in the first room we stayed in. The staff did come up and try to help with the issue. The second room we stayed in had a great toilet.

What can we say about Torre Dorada other than - Outstanding in all respects. What an absolute surprise when we finally arrived at Torre Dorada, it was like an oasis in a desert! The owner, Miss Peggy is delightful and on the afternoon that we arrived she took us on an impromptu tour of Cusco. Her staff are impecable, and I would say the best we have encounted in our years of travel. Both Henry and Danny are truely wonderful. I needed some elastic, no problem, and in no time at all Henry had delivered some to me. A mix up with our tickets to Puno, again no problem, Danny spent 2 hours on the phone sorting it out and Henry drove into town and paid (with the hotel's money) for our new tickets and delivered them to us. Thanks to all at the Hotel Torre Dorada for making our stay so memorable!

Excellent for exploring Cusco and doing the Inca Trail

Great place to stay!! The staff was extremely helpful (thank you Arturo & Danny) and addressed all our needs, providing excellent suggestions for meals and points of interest. The driver service was extremely accommodating, taking us any place we wanted to go in the city. The whole facility is very nice, welcoming and comfortable with ample space in the rooms and community sitting rooms on each floor. We liked being away from the noise and activity of the city center.

I travel all over the world & this hotel probably had the best service I've ever had at a hotel. From the minute you are welcomed at the airport with a complimentary ride to the hotel, to the minute you leave, you are totally taken care of. The rooms are charming & immaculate, the breakfast is great, they help you plan your trip to the Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu, they even had oxygen when I got quite ill from altitude sickness!! I just can't say enough good things about this hotel, the level of service they have at such a small hotel is equal or better than the 5* hotels I have stayed at! Thanks Danny for being my "personal doctor" when I was feeling to sick :)

The beds were a little hard, but pretty typical of most beds in S. America & Europe.

Room was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great.

The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the city center, which is kind of inconvenient. They have a free shuttle service, but if you're looking to go out for a quick drink or dinner, there's really nothing you can walk to.

I do not have enough words to describe the fantastic staff, the food, the wonderful rooms. Our friend got sick and the staff bent over backwards to make sure our friend got a doctor and got to the hospital. this was the best experience, best hotel of our entire two week stay in peru. the staff helped arrange tour trips, gave us advise, got us safely back adn forth to our destintions. However, the best thing was the care and concern provided when our friend got food poisoning. I don't know how to express in words the wonderful care.

I have no complaints. the staff was amazing. they prepared food for our sojourns and made sure our friend was taken care of in the hospital. thanks to the staff.
