Torre Dorada Residencial  

The Torre Dorado was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, particularly from a service point of view. I've never stayed somewhere where the staff went as out of their way as they did here. The free car service all aroun Cusco wa extremely handy, the room was very clean and comfortable and it had a very family-business atmosphere where service is everything. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco, all ages and interests.

The service at Torre Dorada was exceptional and I could not recommend the hotel and it's staff highly enough. The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

They are kind and cater for the guest in every way possible 2]The service if great - free transport whenever you ask for it. 3] The will order food to eat in the hotel - collect it by car and bring it to the lounge or room 4]The wifi is the best so far I have experienced in Sourth America 5] They arrange trips and attend to every detail - g ve advice freely. There is nothing more to say but this hotel is just wonderful.

Staff was great and very helpful on tips on how to navigate around the city and its sights. As the hotel is located 10 minutes away from the city center, the hotel provides free transportation back and forth to the main areas of the city and were always very responsive in getting a car to us when we needed it. Free breakfast each morning was also a plus and very tasty!

We had an issue with our toilet in the first room we stayed in. The staff did come up and try to help with the issue. The second room we stayed in had a great toilet.

The owner and her staff are exceptionally customer oriented - from the moment of your arrival at the airport in Cuzco, Peru, through your stay and departure at the airport. Whether the request was for wine, providing a driver to go to an atm, travel to the train station, any arrangements of travel such as to Machu Picchu, etc. They even provided box lunches to use on the train trip to Machu Picchu. This boutique hotel deserves all of the accolades I have read online.

The excellent service from the staff. They made us a sandwich when we arrived late and hungry - no charge! The transport to and from the city centre to the hotel is free.

Communal tv can be loud if people are not considerate - fortunately they were...

Exceptional service. Free shuttle to/from main plaza and to/from airport/train station, anytime. Friendly, professional and dedicated staff. Very impressive !

Excellent for exploring Cusco and doing the Inca Trail

The customer service was amazing. I think I received the best customer service that I have ever received. Danny was so helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cusco.

Great place to stay!! The staff was extremely helpful (thank you Arturo & Danny) and addressed all our needs, providing excellent suggestions for meals and points of interest. The driver service was extremely accommodating, taking us any place we wanted to go in the city. The whole facility is very nice, welcoming and comfortable with ample space in the rooms and community sitting rooms on each floor. We liked being away from the noise and activity of the city center.

Clean. Staff was very friendly; computer access; cozy sitting area with well-stocked tea and hot water; free car service to airport and city center.

Noisy!!! There was a nightclub or something right next door that started playing blaring music around 6:30 pm. I called the front desk to see when it was expected to stop. I was told "maybe another hour." At 8:30 I called again. They said, "maybe around 10." I had an early morning flight and needed to get rest. It went on for a long time. And, then, around 4 am, the neighborhood stray dogs started howling. I think I slept for about 2 hours.

The staff at Torre Dorada was wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to help us, and make our trip to Peru perfect. They even said to call them when we were in other locales if we ran into difficulties. The rooms are immaculate, and the breakfasts are wonderful. We can not say enough good things about Hotrl Torre Dorada!
