Beautiful accommodations for the price. And the staff was just so accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed every moment of my visit to Cusco. Overwhelmed and very pleased with the service they provided and the accommodations. Very, very comfortable.

Staff is really helpful, they lent a laptop to access internet at our room. The hotel offers a free pick up service from the Airport, which was very convenient.

Great comfortable hotel in Cuzco, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The location is a bit far from plaza de armas, but not too bad of a walk. The price reflects this. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff, nicely designed hotel, great breakfast on the top floor. Very comfy beds, hardwood floors. I needed tickets for Huayna Picchu but had major issues booking through the Peru govt website - these guys actually bought the tickets for me, and I paid them when we arrived in Peru. Great hospitality! Just a bit far from the Plaza de Armas if you're planning to go there a lot, but not a problem for anyone who is young and active.

This family run hotel provides airport transfers, WiFi, breakfast, and a lounge with self serve coffee and tea included in a very reasonable room rate. The staff have an excellent service culture and are eager to please. The bed and pillows were particularly comfortable. The city centre is a pleasent walk away, but on a couple of cold nights we took a taxi back to the hotel for 4 soles (about us$1.50) The only negative with the location was the extensive road works in some adjoining streets. This made for a sometimes dusty walk, but the rate of progess of the work was good and this inconvenience will be very short lived.

Everyone who works at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. They brought a laptop and blow dryer to our romm when requested and paid for a taxi for our pick-up from the bus depot and when we left! The location is in a more industrial/commercial location. It is walkable to historic Cusco, but we were a little uncomfortable at night. There was nothing the hotel could do about it, but there was a concert a few blocks away our first night that kept us up till after 2am!

The staff was fantastic and super-helpful! They picked us up from the airport, arranged a ride to the Poroy train station for us, met us at the Poroy again upon our return, and gave us a ride back to the airport as well. Overall they were super-friendly and very willing to take care of us, even though we were there for such a short time. We LOVED this place! Nothing to speak of.

Amazing staff. We were met by a member of the staff at the Cusco Airport -- no charge. We were offered a tasty breakfast at a time of our choosing -- again, part of the room cost. When we needed a space heater due to cool night weather, it was provided almost immediately. We especially enjoyed the staff and their attention to detail. Very personable and willing to go the extra yard to meet the needs of the guest. The rooms at the back of the hotel are very quiet, noisier out front but not a problem unless one is a very light sleeper. Plus -- lots of coca leaf tea available throughout the day to help one adjust to the altitude, especially those who are coming [as we did] directly from sea level. The location is in the midst of the auto parts section of Cusco which means a short walk to Plaza des Armes, etc. We love to walk and explore cities in our travels so this was no big deal but for those who like to be adjacent to 'city centers' this would be something to keep in mind.

Although this small hotel is situated just a little outside the city center. I could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness and hotel staff. Not only did they pick up and return us complimentary from the airport. The room was extremely clean. My daughter's enjoyed the common area outside our room for using their laptops and watching tv. One morning we had to depart at 5:00 A.M. for an early sight seeing trip and they delivered breakfast to our room at 4:30 A.M. When we wanted to go to the city center, if their car was free they always volunteered to drop us off. This is a well run hotel and the value of the staff and desire to make you feel at home was well worth the extras, like being in the heart of the city center. Also very close to the train. Great value!
