wierd smell in the room

staff was very helpful and friendly. Cook made special baby food which was very handy. Quiet area. Good varied breakfast.

we had to go up few stairs which was bit hard with 2 babies. our pram couldn't reach the room.

Everything was perfect. The size of the rooms ,The design, The cleanliness and most of all the attention of Mozes and his staff to his guests. He arranged us tours to Nazca and to Huachachino and ta/xi to poaracas even at The very last minute. His staff is so well trained and The Breakfast simply excellent a real value for money. Congratulations to Mozes, ve crated a real boutique hotel in the middle of the desert with limited peruvian standards.

Impeccably clean, friendly, lovely pool, nice breakfast.

The tour we booked via the hotel was great however we requested that we would make our own way back from the site to the hotel. The hotel assured us that the tour company would not reduce the price however we found out later that the company had not been told about the difference, said that it would have been cheaper and the hotel was going to keep the difference. The Buganvilla tour company guide was great at sorting out the misunderstanding with the hotel on our behalf.

Mozes the owner was amazing, very friendbyl staff, rOom massive and great . Great end to our world trip.

The friendly and ever-helpful staff, the relaxed vibe all around the hotel, the amazing pool and the comfy, spacious room (in particular also true for the bathroom)

Well maintained, very comfortable and quiet . Cool swimming pool, friendly and professional staff.

The small hotel has a great interior with pool and fountains. It is located within a gated and guarded community, a good idea in this city. Rooms are not fancy, but clean. Friendly staff and great place to rest up after day trips out. We used it as a 3 night 'base' for excursions to Huacchachina (Dune buggy rides and sand boarding), Nazcal lines and Isla Ballentas in Paracas. If you are not the backpacking set, don't stay in Huacchachina or Paracas.

Ica is not a great tourist city - but it is a good spot as a base.

The staff was very accommodating and responsive to any problems that came up. They were very helpful and friendly to us. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Our only little problem was with the booking.com discount. We were not previously informed that in order to receive the discount, we needed to bring our Peru Visa papers that were given to us upon arrival at the Peru airport.. I didn't bring them because I was afraid of losing them so I left them at home in Lima. Because we didn't have them, we were no longer eligible for the discount. When we told the staff this, they were very helpful and did the best they could do ensure that we received the discount. It ended up being okay with the help of the staff, which I was very grateful for.

I happened to fall ill and I could not have picked a better place for it. Mozes, the owner, took me to an English speaking doctor. He also took me to the clinic. I was very well looked after, for which I am very grateful.

Absolutely nothing!!!!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. After checking in, we relaxed in the pool and at the poolside where the hotel gave us a free welcome drink. They even arranged our adventure trip to ride a dune buggy and go sand boarding. Quite, comfortable, and beautiful setting and rooms.

The pool was a little on the small side, and the water temperature was a little too warm.

It's a nice hotel. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is yum, lots of fresh fruit and nice bread. They have a ps3 with Fifa 13 and gt5. Pool is good. Your surrounded by massive sand dunes and can see them from the balcony.

If you want some action at night, need to drive to the Oasis in Huacachina. Only costs 10 soles by taxi.

Peaceful place, close to some dunes and not far from Huacachina and Ica village, clean and comfortable room, friendly and very helpful staff. Good quality for the money.

Maybe meals in house a little bit expensive compare with the hotel night rate but in any case they are really good.

The freindly atmosphere, OK rooms, nice design, very good breakfast and good dinner. All over, a nice place to stay for a few days.

everything, we paid more than we had grown used to in Peru, however for the one night out of the 24 days we spent in Peru, hotel villa jasmin was a nice treat ( big ,very nice, modern room , bathroom; lovely, clean pool, great service, manager spoke excellent english, he was very helpful )

my only comment would be that there were no close by dining options

Hotel Jazmin is a beautiful hotel! Great, modern amenities. Fabio at the front desk is amazing and handles everything you need in a quick, efficient manner. Truly a pleasure to stay here.

It was a beautiful modern and stylish hotel- clean and bright. The entry had nice music, leading to the pool and its bar, and up to the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely more than a place to stay overnight, but a place you wouldn't mind spending all day at either.

The general atmosphere - friendly, attractive surroundings, restful, great food. The staff were very helpful.
