Friendly and helpful staff. Everything looks clean and nice, for a relatively low price.

Little bit out of historic centre, but the 10 minute walk is no problem. Rooms are not that big.

As soon as we arrived and during the check-in, they served us some Coca Tea, because of the high. The beds are confortable and the bathroom is clean

There's no heat in the room and Cusco is somehow cold during the nights

personal doesn't speak english hot water is a problem same breakfast every morning -eggs, jam, bread, tea, coffee and juice

location isnt ideal for tourists (several blocks from historic centre), but i felt safe walking back alone in evenings

The interior design is very stylish, nice and service minded personnel. The location is good as it is close to the railway station and a drop off point for combi's from the airport.

Breakfast bread not fresh at all... Room a bit small No credit card payment, only cash, both pen and usd.

I was very pleased with my stay at Wayna Picchu. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating and provided outstanding service. They booked tours of the city and the sacred valley for me on short notice. My first night in Cuzco I was feeling ill with altitude sickness and the hotel attendant went to a nearby pharmacy to purchase medication for me and delivered it to my room with a cup of cocoa leaf tea. On my last evening before beginning a 4-day trek, I was expecting to pay my bill with credit card; while the hotel attendant told me they only accepted cash, he said it would be fine to pay for my stay when I returned from my tour. The hotel also allowed me to leave a suitcase in their care while I was on the 4-day tour. My room and the hotel´s common areas were nice. For the price I paid, I would assess the hotel as a fantastic value.

The staff was awesome : very friendly, helpful and we can trust them. Also the room and the hotel were clean. The breakfast was great, at the top floor of the hotel where we have a beautiful view of Cusco. I highly recommend this hotel. From the hotel we can walk 5 to 10 minutes and reach easily San Blast area

Staff amazing, stored our luggage for 1 day when went to Machu Picchu. Let us check in at 6.30am! Moved our bags back into our room the day we got back from MP.

Water in shower not very hot, had to leave it running for 5 minutes to get lukewarm.

The hot water takes ages to warm up and it only comes out warm

Perfect location: 10 minutes walk to the main plaza but not in the turistic area. Really nice and helpfull staff, nice breakfast and excelent coffee.

The suite is beautiful, the woodwork in it is just gorgeous and the housekeeping staff arranged the room with flowers and such because it was our honeymoon. The breakfast every morning was simple yet delicious. The view from the 5th floor where we had breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was so helpful an friendly from day 1! From directions to everywhere and arranging taxi services, even getting oxygen in the room for my husband. We were happy with our hotel choice and are going back ext time we are in Cusco! I already recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is a lil bit out of the way. But it doesnt really matter because every taxi in Cusco cost $2. The only night that we had trouble finding a taxi to the hotel and therefore ended up walking towards it, it was raining like crazy and all taxis were taken!

La ubicación muy buena, la atención del personal muy atenta en cuanto a entregar información sobre los mejores sitios a visitar en la ciudad. La conexión a internet excelente. Hotel recomendable por la seguridad del sector, la buena movilización, lugares donde ir a cenar o servirse un trago cercanos y la corta distancia con el casco histórico de Qosq'o. Buen lugar para hospedarse.

La cama muy dura. No se veía muy bien la señal de televisión por cable. Mejorar el aseo en la habitación.

lo staff ha sido muy simpatico y prestable.

O Hotel não tem elevador e o café da manhã (horrível) fica no 5º andar. O banheiro só tem água quente durante parte do dia.

La atención y preocupación, especialmente de uno de los recepcionistas, buena relación precio calidad, muy recomendable...

La amabilidad del personal, incluso, como mi señora esposa necesita hacer en las noches unas infusiones, teniamos el privilegio de usar la cocina de su reastaurante como si fuera la nuestra. muy agradecido por estas atenciones.

es muy poca cosa lo que no nos ha gustado, pero, sería la falta de ascensor, pues, teniamos la habitación 303 y 304 y había que llevar el equipaje "cargado"

Hermosa decoración todo en madera. Vistas sobre toda la ciudad así como impresionantes vistas desde la última planta con el restaurante. 5 soles desde el aeropuerto en 5 minutos.

Desayuno poco abundante, muy justito y SIN jugos. El restaurante está en la última planta, la 6ª!! y NO dispone de ascensor. Absténganse personas con movilidad reducida. Los inodoros se atascan muy fácilmente. Un poco lejos del centro; caminando se tardan unos 30 minutos.

Fueron dos reservas separadas por la noche que pasamos fuera. Todo excelente. Buena atención y disposición del personal. A pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas caminando por una avenida principal. Habitación pequeña, pero muy conformable y agradable, perfecta cuando pasas gran parte del día fuera. Baño con tina y agua caliente, todo muy limpio. Tuvieron la gentileza de guardar nuestro equipaje sin costo por un día, mientras duraba nuestro recorrido por Aguas Calientes / Machu Picchu.
