Not a good hotel. Breakfast was reasonably OK.
Wifi didn't work, shower was always cold (you need hot water in Cuzco weather), very small rooms, overpriced for what you get, staff kind of clueless
Good hotel. It's located 2 blocks from the main avenue and 15-20 minutes from the Plaza de Armas by foot.
One day we had cold shower, but the gave us discount because of that.
Location Service Room facilities
It's been the best place I've stayed in cusco. Rooms clean, great cusromer service, beautiful and always will to help.
There was a lot dust in my floor lobby when l was drinking coffee, had wife problems and credit card machines did not work.
Free tea. Oxygen is also available for those adjusting to the elevation.
Could not pay with credit card. Had to go to an ATM to pull out cash. The cable was pretty bad and had a lot of static.
Helpful staff, great view over the city from the breakfast room
We got the room next to the reception, you could hear all other people passing by... And most of the night you hear the amazing sound of a pump... If u r tired enough it doesn't matter
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Rooms aren't too spacious.
Was able to leave my bad there for 4 days while heading off trekking Discounted price for booking in night of my return
Wifi signal on 4th floor was very weak Had to change rooms on second night due to very loud noise in room 405 from water heating system
Very friendly staff and facility was helpful in storing my luggage while I left for a 5 day hike (free of charge!). I would definitely recommend.
Easy walk to plazas train station and markets. Room clean and comfortable but a bit of road noise. Staff helpful would recommend.
Stayed two nights either side of an overnight trip to Machu Picchu. Luggage waiting for us in our room when we returned. Friendly staff. Great location, close to railway station.
Picked up from airport (later found out this person was a tour salesman who didn't work for hotel), staff were friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, excellent location. Hotel stored our luggage while we did an overnight trip to Machu Picchu.
Tour salesman who picked us up offered expensive tours, didn't always get hot water in the shower.
Breakfest with fresh fruits and juices, breakfest area and view, beds and covers, free coca tea and excellent fresh water available from containers with mountain stones
Steep and tight stairs, noise from street.
Confortable room Cleanliness Decoration Price Location
Location was good, staff were great (made us up breakfast to take as our trip to Machu Pichhu left early) and room was comfortable.
1- Nice spacious room 2- Beautiul Bathroom 3- Good location, close to bus stations, stores, plaza de armas, etc. 4-Courteous staff.
The only comment I have is about their breakfast choices. There was not fresh fruit and cheese!! Cusco as being the best cheese producers, we were not serve any cheese at all.
The staff were very helpful and worked hard at meeting our requests. The rooms were worth what we paid for them - $40.00 per night.
When we arrived, the hot water had been turned off. When we complained about cold showers, they immediately turned on the water heater and an hour later we were in business".
Stay the hotel, feel safety.
Breakfast is a little poor.
