The hotel is beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The owner, Ms. Lizares is caring and very friendly. The staff will try their best to make you feel "at home".

Wifala hotel has the perfect staff! They were extremely nice and attentive. They brought coca tea to our room when we first arrived. The rooms were super cute with different themes in each. Very modern design and clean. We had a made to order breakfast every morning at the time of our choosing. It was raining one day and we asked the front desk if they knew where we could find a laundry place. The nice lady at the front desk gave us detailed instructions and sent a staff member to walk with us down the block so that we wouldn't get lost and to carry our stuff. After we came back from a day of tours around the city/mountains, there was a personal heater waiting in our room and a hot water bag under our sheets for our sore feet. I loved our stay here! We would definitely come back again. The bathroom was a bit cramped. We were only able to have one person in there at a time. The shower was however big enough for two.

Room: spotlessly clean with modern good quality fittings and finish. Bed: very comfy. Hot Water: every time we wanted it. Service: Jeanne the Manager come receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Not only did a heater magically appear when the temperature dropped, but wife went into rapturesto find a hot water bottle thoughtfully placed in the bed....all without asking! Not sure if English is spoke as we managed with our Spanish. Breakfast: it changed every day, a first in 4 weeks travelling in Peru.Tasty, freshly prepared and good, if you are not expecting Hilton full buffet breakfast. Not on main road so v. quiet. Booked one night but stayed 4. Best of the 3 we stayed in in Cusco. Not hard to find really....Taxi to Iglesia del Recoleta and as far up the incline as you can go...hotel tucked away just up a few steps. Booking.com offered a 50% discount, which oddly was only 75% of the rack rate. Anyway, the deal, at just under 50USD, was fair value for money otherwise it would have been a little costly for us in this location. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the main square, not in the historical center. On the upside, it is mainly a FLAT walk, rather than the steep hill climb you are likely to find in the center, so it works out the same!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a short taxi ride to the Plaza. The first day in Cusco, we walked to the Plaza, but due to inexpensive taxi fares, we used taxi's for all of the rest of our stay. Very clean! Hot showers!

The staff were great, they treated us like family. When I was sick for one day, they brought me tea, gave me herbs which helped me to acclimatise and get over my altitude sickness. The staff would go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (hot water bottle at night) and even waved us off at 430am when we got our taxi into town before starting our salkantay trek. Taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, as it's just outside the main town (about 6-7 mins by taxi). The hotel rooms are small, but everything was comfy.

This hotel has only been open since June 2012, but it's a hidden jewel. The rooms are really tastefully decorated and the staff are all lovely. They will pick you up from the airport which saves running the gauntlet with the taxi drivers. We only had one night here as we were going on to do the Inca Trail but the staff were so helpful, bringing us cocoa tea and calling taxis for us and we had a lovely breakfast. If you don't mind being a little way out of the centre and somewhere quiet I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was cold but we mentioned this to the staff who brought us a heater and extra blankets and even asked when we'd be back from exploring the city so that they could switch it on to warm the room ready for our return. This hotel is not in the centre of Cuzco which some people might want but it is only about 3 soles to get into the main square and taxis are very easy to come by, as it is a new hotel many taxi drivers don't know the name but it is next to the Recoletta and they all know where that is.

Best feature of the hotel was the incredibly friendly staff. Though they spoke little english (and us very little spanish) they consistently went out of their way to help us and accommodate us, a few examples...had included airport transfer in the room, when I went to book they confirmed the transfer instantly and we were met with a sign at the airport, when we arrived at 11am they made us breakfast after normal time was over, when we checked out at 4:30am they had bought us juice and breakfast sandwiches to go! Also an excellent value (seemed to be nicest room in the price range at our time of booking), had a small but very clean room with a large shower. It's a 10-15min walk or <$2 taxi ride away from the main square (Plaza Armes), but we liked that as it was very quiet. Also free, fast Wifi! Only issue we had is showers were not as hot as we'd liked, it is a new hotel so may still be working out the kinks. The room was also quite cold the first night, but once they gave us an electric heater it was comfy.

Lindas habitaciones, bien decoradas.

A relação custo- benefício é excepcional.

A proprietária, a Sra.
