Very modern and stylish rooms (I had two different rooms before and after my trip to Machu Picchu). Great staff that helped with all my questions. Even gave me a warming bag to help me with same nerve pain I had. Coca tea available for free all the time. Tour trips available to book at the reception. Good next day laundry service. Breakfast (no buffett) was included though the options for accompanying the bread could be better. Nice fresh juice. Great place to stay. Highly recommended. Walking distance to Plaza de Armas (ca. 15min).
Bed in second room was squeaking every time I turned.
taxi is only $2.00 from hotel to city center
Breakfast is not buffet as advertise, but the breakfast is sufficient
staff location food (breakfast was included) comfortable beds
helpful staff, easy location, comfortable rooms.
hot water was a bit iffy
The staff and cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable. Although the room was small, it was all we needed and more than comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and up to date and I loved the idea of different themed rooms. They started serving complimentary breakfast at 6:00 AM which included bread and jam (that's a staple) Savory french toast and the freshest homemade pineapple juice I've ever had (we watched her chop and blend the pineapple right in front of our eyes)
The location is a bit further of a walk then our first hotel and in a much less touristy part of town. We never felt unsafe, even roaming around at night, but I felt more comfortable being on the other side of town (San Blas)
Best Hotel during our Peru-Trip! Brand new stylish room, very clean. Nice staff. As the hotel was not fully booked we have been able to check in early (6 am) and we could leave our things in the room while we went away for 2 days - free of charge.
Contemporary and bright, I assume this place is new. Luscious bedding and well placed themed art. Comfortable bed, WiFi, most rooms have drawers, all have closets. Hot water all the time. Quiet. Exceptionally helpful staff. Fresh squeezed juices each morning and tasty coffee and tea.
Some rooms have a slim glass shelf above the sink making it impossible to get your face in the sink. Some rooms do not have drawers. Some rooms you have to fiddle with the shower awhile to get it right. Every other day scrambled eggs with breakfast otherwise alternate days all carbs such as toast, toast with cheese, and a corn tamale but yes always fresh squeezed juices and yummy butter and jam.
- Clean and comfortable - Heating machine in the room
- room a bit small - location not that good, no taxi driver knew that location and it is far to walk to the center
staff was excellent and helpfull in every possible way.rooms were very clean.
heating was not good and we had problems with hot water in our room
Very, very helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms with great showers, heaters and a lovely view. Excellent value
Breakfast could be better.

Super helpful staffs - especially Louis !! Superb service - he had 3 rooms free when we arrived at 10 pm and asked my wife to choose which room she liked best then went down to get Cocoa tea for us ! we were very grateful after a long day travel from Machu Picchu
Fun rooms Clean Comfortable Friendly, helpful staff
Location (far from tourist areas) Tour operator with affiliation to hotel
