Excellent location, great Japanese and local cuisine, family managed and different from the luxury hotels and better than some of the pensions/B&B's, value for (Bora Bora) money Hotel in start-up phase after take-over, so some things are not yet well managed, but staff willingness to make the best out of your stay

View from the hotel beach Hotel beach but only directly in front. Pool was empty on arrival, and looked like it had been empty for months. Pictures on booking are very outdated, as it was very rundown and looked like we were first guests in months and no effort made to prepare for guests. We still had to pay for two nights upon leaving after first night with still and empty pool, didn't need to swim in the pool but looked disgusting as it was next to main hut for meals. This hotel has potential but you will be disappointed unless major renovation is made to all areas and bungalows. If the hotel was $50 night it would acceptable for current amenities. I could recommend Sofitel , Excellent value for money and cheaper than this one.

I'm having a great time at Eden Beach Hotel. Thanks to Dana, the owner of the hotel for preparing the nice dinner for me and recommended me a very good lagoon tour. The hotel was very quite at the time I stayed there, and that's great for me !!!! Dana even allow me to check in earlier and check out at 4 P.M. The view from the hotel is awesome as it located on the Motu. One may paid up to 3x the price if they choose to stay at other 5 stars hotel. The foods' price is ok for me as I knew Bora Bora is not a cheap travel destination.
