Score from 68 reviews Very good
Beautiful location. Competent, accommodating staff. Good food. Excellent room service. Good service at the pool area. Snorkelling lagoon is very worthwhile and is being improved all the time with the help of a marine biologist. I would return in a minute.
Everything was wonderful from the staff to the amazing bungalow over the water. The staff at the Sunset Bar were especially nice including Patricia , Michael, and well everyone!! If you only do one activit schedule the half day shark feeding trip!
The price of the food was ridiculous and regardless of transportation expense is hard to justify. $27 for a hot dog!!
Very nice experience, don't wanna leave.
As a honeymoon couple there was no other location as beautiful and serene with the comfort and luxury of the Four Seasons, except Bora Bora. A fantastic experience.
Nothing wrong with this property. But: I think the top hotels of the world should start asking guests the type of mattress they would prefer, not only this property but all premium hotels.
staff are always smiling and helpful and our trip very comfortable and easy. excellent location and activities arrangement.
should make the wifi free
Amazing setting in the best place on earth
Spending $2000 a day and still having to pay for wifi.... And having to spend the guts of $50 a day. But to their credit they waived the charges as I complained about this. I did have mould growing on my ceiling also
The bungalows are fantastic. The views and the swimming pool are supreme. The free treats (fruit slushies, fresh fruit) delivered around the pool. The spa is totally indulgent and one of the best.
The shower was a little inconsistent (too hot or too cold). The paths are a little dark at night (take your phone flashlight app). The two shops don't stock any sort of 'bad snacks' ie: Popcorn - if you have a teenager - take your own snacks.
We have never been as pampered by the staff as we were at this Four Seasons. My wife had her birthday here (you have to order the Canoe Breakfast), and we celebrated our anniversary. They even sent two staff members with a guitar to our bungalow to serenade us. The spa was fantastic!
Everything was expensive, but so worth it.
The attention to details is amazing, the staff are friendly, the place & rooms are always clean and organized. Heaven on Earth
The boat trip from & to the airport should be free.
+ staffs. + bungalow over the water with mountain view was wonderful. + The overall resort landscape. + Resort private beach.
- Club cart sometimes long to wait
It is paradise!
view / location / staff / food - excellent
the room i was given was vibrating when the golf carts used to pass by - this caused us to not able to sleep for almost 3 nights - by the time we realized there was nothing more than apologies the management had to offer - after spending so much this is crazy i dont know if this is even legally correct for such a brand to keep their guests in rooms which are not well built and are unstable. even the mattress was old and they changed it when we asked for it - however again it was on 5th day of our stay overall for the price they charge this is not acceptable.
Friendly staff, beautiful view, everything is nice. The food of sunset restaurant is good.

great experience, highest quality resort
breakfast buffet could have been a bit bigger
Other than the bugs - we loved everything about this hotel! The friendliness of the staff, the location, the amenities offered and of course the Marine Biologist Oliver and the lovely tour he gave us of the lagoon! The concierge Yuki is the most helpful person and the staff never say 'no' they will always try and help you whenever they can. The location of the hotel is also in our opinion the best in all of Bora Bora! It is close to the airport but not too close that you would get bothered by the sounds of airplanes landing and taking off. On the other side of the hotel is the ocean (Reef Side) which is also interesting to look at the various types of fish there and see the "outer area" of Bora Bora. The food and restaurants in the hotel is absolutely delicious!
The rooms were constantly filled with bugs even when they cleaned the room it would be clean for a few hours and then the bugs are back! We had lizards, worm-like creatures, little black beetles, mosquitoes, flies, and spiders all in our room! (Some were dead, some were alive). That was really bothersome especially on our honeymoon. They need to have some sort of pest control. Maybe it was just a seasonal thing; who knows. We understand that this happens in tropical areas but this was just bug-overload!
The price for hotel must be shown with all additional taxes when you reserve and pay deposit for the room.we were shocked with those additional taxes up to 10% for you to pay at check out.
Great resort, great staff, great service and great view!
