Hotel bungalows; pool; location
Food was not the best in the tapas bar by water. Next time we would do a garden pool bungalow rather than overwater bungalow since the cost was so high.
Every where you looked was picture perfect
Don't like "don't like" buttons!!!
you could not fault the anything about this hotel enjoyed ever minute of our stay and will be returning
Hilton is the best hotel so far on the island for sure, more intimate, the overlook landscape is nice. Location
concierge and reception not so friendly cocktails not many good restaurants on the island
Sharks under Crepe Bar Food at Rotu Access to Bays via Kyaks Snorkelling
Signature Taire restaurant nice enough but service staff knowledge of menu and wines inconsistent Needed three cards to access room/towels/equipment
Everything about this hotel and the island was amazing. I was expecting a great time and everything far exceeded my expectations.
Cocktail prices were a little steep at $1,500cfp (~$17.50 USD) and the only thing I can complain about.
Excellent views, very relaxed, good friendly service especially the surfer baggage dude out the front, give him a pay rise.
Pricey but isn't everything in moorea. Room service surcharge is over the top.
Staff were amazing.. helped me locate a ukulele on a public holiday which I was very thankful for.. fast and efficient service. Front desk were having a really fun time and always smiling
$20 just to get room service delivered? Bit outrageous considering I stayed in an overwater bungalow which costed enough as it was.. I would suggest they remove this fee as it is quite regularly included in a resort price.. it leaves no room for a tip when you only order a cheeseburger.
The location of the hotel.
There is no explanation about the location of overwater rooms. (panoramic view and basic view).
Amazing location, fantastic staff, beautiful food and views
The price of food especially the creperie a simple sugar crepe was 1200cpf equivalent to nzd $20, which you can buy for $1in the supermarket.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location on the lagoon is excellent. The facilities are outstandingly pristine.
All this luxury doesn't come cheap, but that's fair.
The location was very nice and the welcoming was also professional. The 50mins signature massage at the Spa was great!
The staff looked confused and asked our room number 5 times when we sat for dinner. They also mixed up the serving with other table's order. Bathroom amenities were not satisfactory we had to ask for refill (e.g: shower gel). At breakfast on arrival they asked if we wanted tee or coffee then they forgot to serve the coffee.
This is a horrible place. They present themselves as a 5* luxury resort, but it is nowhere near that quality. Rooms are old/dirty, no closed walls around the toilet so even in the bedroom you can hear every detail, no investments in any maintenance, almost no amenities (min. no. of towels, water not being replaced), staff has had no training in hospitality and no trust in their guests so even for a towel at the pool you need to handover a key card. Don't go here.
The position of this resort, on a natural lagoon, is perfect. The water is crystal clear and a delight to swim or snorkel in, or just look at!!! The overwater Bungalow we stayed in was divine and really roomy. We jumped in the water from our bungalow landing every day..or twice a day.
Could not get a cup of decent coffee at the resort. No cappuccino or lattes to be seen. I think that could be a simple addition to a delightful resort.
The staff were extra friendly, the views and lagoon were superb, the activities were well communicated, and there were a number of free activities made available from the hotel such as paddle boarding, kayaking and snorkelling
The proximity to shops and services such as an ATM wasn't very convenient
Staff was superior.
The friendly staff and the easy access to the lagoon.
No windsurfing options on island and no sailing equipment to hire at resort.
Overwater bar with sharks, standup paddling over the corals
poor vegetarian choise of food and noissy a/c
Very location of bungalows . Very good service in general . Nice snorkeling place.
One incident with a restaurant employee who shook her head and rolled her eyes when my wife took some time to make up her mind on the menu.
Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, location
Not free WI-FI
Fantastic private plunge pool in enclosed courtyard. Perfect for nude activities.
Beach is very limited. Needed to call for three separate maintenance issues (all were promptly fixed).
Beautiful resort. Food: Good. Not fabulous or excellent. Loved our deluxe bungalow with private pool!!
For price of room (300+/nt), should have included one liter bottle of water per day with room. Buffet on Tahitian dinner night should have included cold, non alcoholic drinks (7900/ per person as it was). Far from stuff we wanted to do... Registration would not let us charge extra $ to room for cash. We heard many hotels let you do that. Water inconsistently priced and "brand"- available. Some brands only available at breakfast, then different at lunch and different at dinner and all different prices. From 350 -750/liter. That was frustrating. Of course, only the most expensive available at night - Vittel for 750.
Beautifully kept gardens and lovely beach....pristine water and most helpful courteous staff. Accommodation delightful. Look forward to staying again.
Food selection could have been better with more light meals.....buffet dinner on night of Tahitian was disappointing on an island where seafood is plentiful. Sushi and shashimi is not for everyone. Shortage of china at the breakfast buffet every day, some plates even chipped.
