Nestled between the mountains and a lagoon, this 5-star resort features a choice of over-water bungalows with direct lagoon access, or bungalows surrounded by gardens with their own private plunge...

Food average Hilton quality. Occasionally given table not wanted in restaurant, told other tables were taken when they were not used all evening. Beach cafe expensive fatty food, cold chips. Pancake house, pancakes too thick and stodgy. EAT OUT :-)
Loved position of overwater bungalow, choose panoramic. Peaceful, private over lagoon. Liked to just listen to the reef. Liked sharks under pancake house at night.
We were there on the beach for 4 days before someone came and asked us if we wanted a drink. Then we waited 30 min for it. It is $18 U.S. A drink too. The food was dismal. The crepe bar on the dock is delicious though Service is not their strong point. Lack of management leadership and staff training. The lounge chairs are 3 star quality. This is not the four seasons.
Our OTW bungalow was fabulous. The location is breathtaking. The water is clear and great to use the kayaks and paddle boards. Comfortable and clean. We loved it out there.
Corals and fearless fishes right at my doorstep.
We booked three bungalows and specifically requested that they be together. We were disappointed that the hotel upgraded one bungalow and then refused to upgrade the others. We were travelling for a very special occasion so this was disappointing, particularly as we could see other bungalows were available.
The staff were lovely and friendly and the overwater bungalow was superb.
Upon arrival , we stood at the reception desk for 15 minutes without being welcomed, smiled at or acknowledged as they were helping a group of Asian non english speaking people and asking them to fill out mounds of paper work . Once I walked over the concierge desk, she was pleasant and efficiently made a photocopy of our documents, filled out what was needed and we had a quick check in and very nice overview of property while asking us what we like to do and matching options to our unique needs.
There was nothing to dislike...
The staff was extremely well trained and indeed very hospitable. We had an amazing stay there and loved every moment there. The food is great, and the service truly complements a five star .
Food and drink costs are on the high side but not overly compared to other restaurants on the island. Coffee wasn't great.
We stayed in an over the water bungalow. Very relaxing and great to be able to jump off your back verandah into the beautiful coral lagoon with so many fish. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Great overall feeling and staff were extremely friendly.
Raking up leafs way too early, like 6am early!
Great staff, clean, great snorkel reef, quiet, and great location
We love ocean and any kind of water activities. Hilton was perfect choice. We snorkeling several times a day right off our bungalow. Food was great and service staff is super friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure!
Very friendly welcoming staff.
No Wifi anywhere other than in Bar and very slow. But this is fairly universal throughout the Pacific Islands. Tahiti has always been expensive so no surprises there either, but I feel we got reasonable value for money.
Pretty well everything. The location, Bungalow(Over Water), the standard of the Accommodation and Resort in general was excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was in general very good, the only slight disappointment was the Tapas bar which had little choice in Tapas and not always great. The Tahitian specialities were great. Free facilities such as snorkelling gear, Paddle boards and Kayaks were good. Servicing of room was always very efficient (usually while at breakfast) and fresh towels were provided twice a day. All in All we were very happy with our stay.
Location, the overwater bungalow, the breakfast, the staff, just everything
very unfriendly and incompetent staff. indiscrete hotel employees that kept asking about our personal life. very pricey and lots of mosquitos.
close to the beach
Hotel bungalows; pool; location
Food was not the best in the tapas bar by water. Next time we would do a garden pool bungalow rather than overwater bungalow since the cost was so high.
Don't like "don't like" buttons!!!
Every where you looked was picture perfect
you could not fault the anything about this hotel enjoyed ever minute of our stay and will be returning
concierge and reception not so friendly cocktails not many good restaurants on the island
Hilton is the best hotel so far on the island for sure, more intimate, the overlook landscape is nice. Location
Signature Taire restaurant nice enough but service staff knowledge of menu and wines inconsistent Needed three cards to access room/towels/equipment
Sharks under Crepe Bar Food at Rotu Access to Bays via Kyaks Snorkelling
Cocktail prices were a little steep at $1,500cfp (~$17.50 USD) and the only thing I can complain about.
Everything about this hotel and the island was amazing. I was expecting a great time and everything far exceeded my expectations.
Pricey but isn't everything in moorea. Room service surcharge is over the top.
Excellent views, very relaxed, good friendly service especially the surfer baggage dude out the front, give him a pay rise.
$20 just to get room service delivered? Bit outrageous considering I stayed in an overwater bungalow which costed enough as it was.. I would suggest they remove this fee as it is quite regularly included in a resort price.. it leaves no room for a tip when you only order a cheeseburger.
Staff were amazing.. helped me locate a ukulele on a public holiday which I was very thankful for.. fast and efficient service. Front desk were having a really fun time and always smiling
There is no explanation about the location of overwater rooms. (panoramic view and basic view).
The location of the hotel.
