Great resort in beautiful location, being mainland based added flexibility, resort actually encouraged to try local restaurants/supermarket/service providers which was great and made beers etc very affordable, did an easy cycle around island which took 2 hours and saw lots, location perfect for snorkelling/kayaking great

Check in process at resort was bizarre, took nearly an hour and no communication about what was happening. Boat transfers from Airport and back a bit of a rip off considering room rates. Township of Viatape was surprisingly ordinary

if you are a IHG premium member, Hotel will give you special rewards. the attention was personalized. Room was cleaned up twice a day. The view to the lagoon from many places inside the bungalow, the glass table in the living room, all the southern hemisphere constellations were visible! This experience was much better than I expected!

The price of meals and drinks... however, being in such exclusive and luxury place in the middle of a natural paradise cannot be cheap

    -breakfast -overwater-bungalow

-no sun umbrella on the bungalow's terrace -boat transfer from the airport ridiculously expensive (take the free shuttle boat from the airport to Vaitape and then taxi)

1/ location since there is a shop near ( but they don't have so much groceries). 2/ beach is clean and beach activities are great. 3/ staff also were great. 4/ we liked the ( welcoming ) juice :P , its great.

1/ Wi-fi was fair , and u have to reconnect every time!! 2/ TV had only 10 channels. 3/ you have to pay charges for room service !! 4/ resort restaurant was not good, and sadly you don't have other options. 5/ everything is expensive , you must prepare yourself for that. 6/ i didn't like the fact that you can not go to the airport unless with the boat , and you must pay for that. They should include that with the package since you paid a lot of money.
