The Bungalows were spacious, clean and with a good view over the lagoon.

The staff were quite moody, one day being nice, the next quite offish.

Transport was charged extra but not really optional

Friendly staff especially Tanya who allowed late check out. Fare/coffee shop serves meals especially including breakfast.

Lack of evening activity;live local music etc. Got to watch out for neighborhood dogs while venturing out by foot. Perhaps a coffee pot in the room will be nice when it was a rainy day!

They upgraded us and gave us a motu for the same price as a beachfront bungalow

Room Extremely dirty, terrible smell, cockroaches on room, Terrible staff, Sheets and curtains dirty and with terrible smell. If you are planing go to Bora Bora DON'T choose Le Maitai you'll spoil your vacations. me and my husband chose this hotel and didn't enjoy this wonderful island as we could because of Le Maitai. We are very easygoing people, don't care about luxury, but this hotel is unacceptable for a expensive hotel in a place as Bora Bora, please don't go, don't spoil your dream trip getting in this hotel.

The staff were exceptional, no matter what it was that was needed or wanted they went above and beyond to take care of everything.

Welcome to new arrivals excellent. Beachside restaurant very good.

Need an electric jug or kettle in the rooms, or at least have some available for people who want a cup of tea. On booking.com invoice it says 150XPFs per person "per stay", it should read "per day".

Close to matira beach which is the best in bora bora

the location was great. There was a large variety of activities. The price was good and easy to pay by charging to my room.

The staff was the best hotel staff I've ever had, including their interns they had at the time.

Occasional stray animals at the breakfast. Also the eggs at breakfast were not that great.

şAhane bir bahçesi var. Tam bir butik otel. çOk yakınındaki sofitelden kat be kat güzel.. Ama başıma gelenlerden sonra kimseye önerecek gücü bulamıyorum bu oteli.. Beni diğer yolcularla birlikte karşıladılar hiç bir talepte bulunmamama rağmen. Pahalı olmasına rağmen bu hizmetten memnun kaldım. çüNkü taksi daha pahalı olurdu sanırım. çOk büyük bir aksilik yaşamış ve valizlerim gelmemişti. Daha önce 2 gün deaukland da kaldığım için toplam 6 gündür perişan halde aynı kıyafetler içindeydim. Türkiye kış olduğu için de ayağımda botlar vardı. Bu şahene yere büyük bir moral bozukluğu içinde ulaştım. Sabah 11 filandı. Check in saat 2 idi. Ama sağolsunlar benim durumumu göz önüne alıp bana hemen temiz oda verdiler. 21.10.2012 deki resepsiyon görevlileri çok dostçaydı. Telefonla Papette'den valizlerimimn ertesi gün 10 civarında otele ulaşabileceğini öğrendim. Kesin değildi, ama bir umut vardı. Hava şahaneydi, ancak mayom olmadığı için o harikülade deniz giremedim. Etrafı dolaşıp fotoğraf çektim. Fotoğraf makinemin pilleri de valizdeydi. Onun için çok cimri davrandım fotoğraf konusunda. Mayo çok pahalıydı. Sadece bir tokyo satın aldım 40 dolara...ve ertesi gün -öğleden sonrası için ada turu satın aldım, nasolsa valizler gelecek diye.

22.10.2012.. bu tarih benim için hala devam eden sıkıntıların kaynağı olan kabusların başlangıcı oldu. O sabah gün doğarken kalktım. Dışarda şahane bir gün doğumu vardı. Saat sanırım sabah 5 civarıydı. Ben fotoğraf çekmeyi çok severim. Hemen 2 makinemi alıp odadan fırladım. Kapıyı çıkarken de kontrol ettim. Dışardan açılmıyordu. Sahilde 15 dk oyalandıktan sonra odaya geri döndüm. Saate bakmak istedim kaç oldu diye.. Saati yatağımın içinde bırakmıştım. Bir swatch du. Saat yoktu yatakta. Heralde başka bir yere bıraktım diye düşündüm ve cep telefonuma bakmak istedim. Telefon şarşı bitecek diye kapalı tutuyordum, ama böyle çok gerekli zamanlarda açıyordun. çOk iyi hatırlıyorum, komidinin üstünde bırakmıştım. Ama o da yoktu.. Beynimden vurulmuşa döndüm. Sonra yatağın üstündeki havluları fark ettim. Ben o havlulara dokunmamıştım bile, nasıl geldilerse yatağıma... İşte ozaman odama hırsız girdiğini anladım. Bereket cüzdanlarımı ve pasaportumu bir alışkanlık kasaya kilitlemişim.. Onlara ulaşamışlar.. Hemen resepsiyona koştum. Resepsiyonda görev değişikliği yapılıyordu. Bansaatin çok erken olduğunu, şu an bir şey yapamayacaklarını 9. gelmemi söylediler. Polis 9 da açılıyormuş çünkü. Halbuki o an biraz ilgilenseler hırsız yakalanırdı belki de. Sattem haberim yok. Tv kanallarını karıştırıyorum, yerel sati bildiren tek bir kanal bile yok.. Neyse bir süre sonra erken kahvltı yapıp durumu resepsiyondan izlerim diye çıktım. Yine erken dediler. Kahvaltımı yaptım. Saat 9 oluncaya kadar dışarda gezindim. çüNkü odada saati kestiremiyordum. 9 olunca tekrar resepsiyondaydım.. Davranışlar karşısında şok oldum.. Hiçç ilgilenmediler. Zorlama filan yok, birşey çıkmaz dediler. Daha doğrusu resepsiyonda tam anlamıyla bir homo vardı. O söyledi. Ben dehşet içinde kaldım..Soyulmuşum, odama hırsız girmiş, zorlama olmadığına göre büyük olasılıkla çalışanlardan biri .. ve otel yetkililerinin kılı kıpırdamıyor.. Bir gün önceki o dost tavırlı insanlar nereye gittiyse..

Le bungalow sur pilotis était vraiment génial. Accueil chaleureux. Les cocktails au bar ont été très appréciés.

Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : la lampe électrique placée sous la table en verre du bungalow et qui reste allumée toute la nuit ... et puis petit "décalage" entre ma réservation pour 3 nuits, alors que pour eux, c'était pour une nuit !! le bagagiste était prêt pour récupérer mes valises ..... pas très aimable. le resto de plage, pas terrible.

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale dell'albergo, in particolare ricorderemo la sempre sorridente e affabile Tania che ci ha aiutato a risolvere diversi problemi sopravvenuti. Struttura buona, va tutto contestualizzato con gli standard polinesiani, spiaggia confacente.

La pulizia della camera. Anche se poi quando e' stata richiesta maggiore attenzione il personale vi ha provveduto. In generale non consiglierei Bora Bora. Magari soggiornare su altra isola viciniora ed andare li' solo per un'escursione.

Hemos pasado muy buenos momentos, gracias a Alfredo (venezolano y Cecilia Francesa) con su español facilitaron nuestra estadía.

Het geheel beviel me zeer goed. locatie op het eiland, uitzicht in de baai, kano en snorkel faciliteiten zijn goed. mooie zand strandjes, goed verzorgt. Winkeltjes, super-markt, (e)-fiets verhuur, en wat grotere stranden allemaal op loop afstand (paar minuten). Heerlijk stil en rustig.

Wat beslist tegenvalt is de kwaliteit/betrouwbaarheid van het internet op Bora-Bora. Geen enkele garantie dat het het ook echt doet, kosten per uur zeer hoog. Service bij klacht hieromtrent is goed. muziek keuze in bijv. bar of tijdens eten. kluisje is klein. (geen laptop, tablet in).

Accueil sympathique, bungalow sur la plage d'un confort parfait, cadre magnifique, établissement à taille humaine.

Diner spectacle avec danses un peu terne.

La nourriture et le personnel tres gentil

La situation geographique ( lagoon sale tres moyen) et les chambres sur pilotis bien trop proches de la plage et des habitations locales et honteux de prendre ce prix la donc j ai demande d etre reclasse en chambre normale

Hotel traversé par route de bord de mer (peu passante) les chambres sont soit dans la partie jardin luxuriant et pédagogique (nom et explication disponible à la réception) soit sur la plage avec des bungalows (plage ou pilotis) hotel à taille humaine

Problème inhérent à la Polynésie, le rapport qualité/prix : tarifs très élévés en regard de la classification hotelière le Maitai reste pourtant dans une moyenne basse des tarifs
