Large room with great view from large balcony Pool area Free shuttle to Papeete
Housekeeping didn't refresh supplies Non attentive dining staff Getting own ice from bar
the resort is beautiful, quiet a great place to end a few days before flying out. The shows were great and the staff extremely helpful. complimentary bottle of water. The rooms with a spa bath was a real treat. Timing to pick up bags or arrival of taxis was excellent. The free shuttle down town to do some shopping was on time and comfortable.
the cost of food was a little expensive. Need new lounges around the pool. For those that didn't do Aqua Arobics, the tranquility was destroyed by the continual yelling of the instructor, twice a day, every day.
Size of room room décor wonderful new bathroom amazing view beautiful infinity pool restaurant facing the ocean friendly, helpful staff
black sand beach the ocean waves were always too strong to enter water pillows terrible! food choices on restaurant menu many areas in hotel need updating and renovating distance from airport and city of Papeete
We were on 5th floor, great room, very comfortable. Best part was a sunset to die for, sun going down ocer Moorea, it was truly spectacular. Only stayed one night after a cruise so limited comments
Could not check in until 1400 and even then the room was not ready on time.
Great beachfront loation. Vibrant.
My room and view. Great pool and activities
The closeness of the roosters as they awakened me very early
Location is very pleasant with a great view across to Moorea. Excellent pool with fitness classes and lovely palm garden setting. Made us forget the brown sand volcanic beach. Beach sports facilities were good. Poolside service was good. Upbeat music played most of the day around the gardens. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful (no arrogant frogs here)
Upbeat music played most of the day around the gardens. Sometimes a bit of peace is nice ! Tahiti is expensive and so is the Radisson (you have to accept that). The restaurant is disappointing. Menu is limited and so is choice. Breakfast very expensive even for continental; to be avoided.
TV no channels in English Breakfast tooexpensive No shuttle free from airport for guests
The Radisson served us really well for a stop over to and from Moorea, though wouldn't stay for any longer as there was not many facilities around the property. Nice pool area and enjoyable meals
It is not very close to anything, and far away from the port and airport to it costs a lot to get anywhere. Thankfully a free shuttle is offered to the town twice a day.
Good beach and clean rooms. Hospitality service and spa after check out.
The hotel is the middle of nowhere, you must rent a car. Internet conexion is really poor (same than in the whole country). There was a big noisy party until midnight disturbing rest.
Food is so over priced for what it is . No activities to do what ever.
pool area and dancing shows are really good
Bar and restaurant are pretty expensive
The sunset by the pool is beautiful. Staff was kind. The jacuzzi was good and clean. Room was big and the balcony as well.
Bathroom flooded during shower we had to call reception but they came quickly and fixed it. Food was ok to average not great. But the Hotel has nothing around, no restaurants, shops, or anything. So you are stuck with that food.
The Radisson Plaza Resort is fantastic. If your rooms are not ready, why not go to the Bar or spend time down at the Pool or grab a bite to eat. These are great options. Try their poisson cru à la tahitienne - what a treat.
Position, evrything other than beach .
beach conditions are very poor . no service at all, no cleaning .
The pool was relaxing and the sunsets amazing
Everything is overpriced
Free shuttle to down town Posibility of late check out Up grading honeymoon
No meal included
Nice hotel a bit outside of Papeete, good facilities but its useful to have a car.
Quite high prices in restaurant - especially breakfast.
The Radisson was excellent value for money. Beautiful room my husband and I had. Gorgeous views. Lovely friendly staff. Wonderful food. Excellent location. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for an awesome holiday. Gordon and Sally Morris from New Zealand.
Nothing we didn't like it was a beautiful place to stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful relaxed stay at the Radisson Plazza.
How clean and beautiful our room was and the view.
Finding the room the second time was hard.
The location is wonderful Staff Rooms
Nice pool, great staff and unusual good food. Good place to stay a couple nights in Papeete
The hotel seems to be a bit dated, eventhough it has nice infraestructure, the hotel in general seems like a flashback to the 80's /90's.
The Resort was very nice. Lovely view very restful.
I don't think there was anything we didn't like about the resort.
The location of the hotel is really far off from the main sites and areas. Room Service ends at 9pm or 10pm, and the plates available are basically nothing. We had a cheese plate with bread as our 'dinner' after a long flight from the U.S. The room was booked for 2, they gave us a room with 2 more beds in the living rooms - that was just a waste of space for us as we were only 2 people - so we couldn't even use our living room. The place was very dirty - especially the bathrooms. The bathroom was 'used' before we got in that we had to flush the toilet (gross!). The staff did not understand much of what we were saying or asking for - especially when we asked or mosquito repellant - they showed up with RAID. We do not recommend this hotel at ALL.
Could be a charming location but that got lost with the constant loud music throughout the day/night.
Internet only working in lobby area. Not in bar area or rest of property. It's the 21st century - hello? Bands playing loudly due to a promotion that was anything but Polynesian - lots of American rock/pop, loud, into the night. Rock bands and tatoo promotions? Wish we had missed it - didn't come halfway around the world for that. Service in restaurants almost non-existant. Many (I mean many) tatooed persons ate and left without paying - the staff couldn't be bothered getting food, drinks and bills to clients so many of them simply left without paying. I have no idea how that works out well for the property (investors), staff or guests in the long run. Pool area so poorly staffed that towels were handed out - barely - by bar staff, one person who was overwhelmed at best. I do not see this ending well for this hotel if our experience was any indication.
