Easy walking distance to town; very comfortable bed and spacious room. Great balcony.
No ventilation in bathroom; musty smelling. Some lights didn't work.
Close to city and shopping, friendly staff
Pillows awful, need updating, lumpy and old. Location a bit dodgy.
Location, parking, big rooms
Slightly overpriced, lack of balcony
Great staff, very helpful. Perfect location for the ferry travel
Caroline on reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant.
Rooms facing road a little noisy with passing trucks early in morning
Price was fair & people accomodating.
Very noisy, a 1 star accommodation
Spacious room with comfortable bed.
Very confortable and clean room, with some things to make your own food
There wasn´t door at the box in the bathroom!
was immediately checked in without any fuss. The room was readied and I flicked a switch to get air conditioning going. The rest of the stay went smoothly and the staff were very helpful in arranging tours and transport for me.
A bit too quiet and no bars for drinks or music.Ideal for quiet person.
Clean place to crash before boarding the ferry. The next day to the islands. Breakfast included and it's nice. Coffee, croissant, fruit. Not the hilton, Much like a super 8.
Not quiet, got twin beds because hotel was sold out. Not very comfortable.
Good location. Walking distance to downtown especially to ferry terminal to Moorea Island. Easy to find food to eat nearby. Good wi-fi connection and comfortable bed. Good to have CNN on TV channel. Friendly staff to arrange local tour and transportation. Good currency excahnge rate. Great to have free airport pick up service.
Price for breakfast is really expensive! Not worth for it! Lobby is a little bit old. The room rate a little bit lower will be better!
Friendly receptionist, proximity to ferries, good standard interior, free WiFi, good standard bedding.
Not being able to get sleep. For ventilation, you'll have to open a window at night. There is a heat pump for conditioning, but it does not provide fresh air. Opening a window exposes you to considerable traffic noise, a choir of cockerels, alternating with barking dogs, and people having chats under your window.
Reliable free internet everywhere. Close to town. Friendly helpful staff. I'll be back!
No bar/ restaurant or pool but apparently they are coming.
Great price, walking distance from Ferry terminal. Staffs are friendly and great help. Free Wifi in the room is a plus. Mattress is firm, room is clean.
Should provide better direction. Entrance is not where the street address is. Interior need more up keep, bathroom wall is wrong kind of paint, will soak up moisture.
Staff really kind, help us a lot, free storage during our tour at the islands, very quite but close to centre of papeete, free water and good free internet connection.
Not much light in the bedroom, no kettle for tea.
Hard to find at night
As a businessman I have travelled to Tahiti about 35 times and so value for moneyis important. It's handy, great staff super friendly and good value. Free WiFi that really works well in the room. Big plus. I'll be going back there every time from now on.
No restaurant or pool yet but apparently they are coming. It would be nice to have a bar too.
Reception personnel, great and very kind people.
Breakfast too poor.
Everyone was I spoke to was so gracious and open. I didn't have a single issue. The room was spacious and neat. It was a very quaint and modern hotel in general. I didn't hear much outside noise. All of the electronics worked wonderfully. It was nice to be able to connect my music player with ease to the TV.
Very spacious room Close to city center Free late check-out Friendly staff
Hotel Sarah Nui is an excellent place to stay if your trying to stay within your budget. Staffs are friendly and keeps up with cleaning, maintaining your room and facilities. Breakfast is served there but with a fee. I haven't tried it so I can't say if it's worth the cost. I was there to vacation and spend. So Saying at this hotel was perfect for us cuz we did not rent a car. The location was close to everything. We walked everywhere in Papeete such as the market, pearl museum, local groceries, the bank when in need of cash, including the ferry terminal when we visit moorea for a day. Price was reasonable for the amount of days we spent there(1wk). Wifi is also free.
Location is a handy walk to ferries, food trucks and town, great 4th floor patios
Kitchen was lacking basic essentials, all the tv channels are french and you cant make outgoing calls on the phone. Breakfast was expensive so I brought my own cerial for alot less
Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to ferry, bars, roulottes and market. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent choice for our one night stay prior to and on return from a week on Moorea.
Hotel is far from airport, but not far from centre of the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Guys from the reception are friendly and really helpful.
It was too loud at night. Young riding cars and listening to music are really annoying. But if you can sleep with conditioner and closed windows it won't disturb you.
Close to the ferry terminal and rental car facility of Avis. Also close to some decent restaurants downtown.
We arrived at 5am, although our room was available they insisted we pay almost $45 more to get in it, or sleep in the lobby until 11am. The agent finally agreed to let us get into our room by 7am, when he saw how drained my wife was, with his compliments. Upon check-out another desk agent was very unhappy that we got into our room early. He insisted we pay the extra $45, even though the front agent gave us the room early, to provide quality customer service. The check-out agent was very angry, because we resisted. To be rid of them we essentially paid 50% more for our room so we could get in and go to sleep. Don't stay with people who don't know how to provide customer service. Secondly, the location of the hotel in the city was in a rough looking neighborhood with graffiti on one of its walls, a half completed shell of a house next door, dogs roaming around in the streets. Lastly, the website said they had a business office, they did not!
