|Perfectly positioned along the beachfront, Aito Motel Colette boasts lovely ocean views from your private patio. Guests enjoy free use of kayaks, snorkelling and fishing equipment.||
Located on a private island, the waterfront Hakamanu Lodge offers rooms with a private balcony overlooking the lagoon.
Score from 16 reviews Excellent
Free bikes and ability to cook.
Frozen bread and jam for breakfast every day. Water infront of the bungalows was dirty and unintersting. Had to ask for mosquito netting for 2 beds and get sheets from our friends room since 1 bed was missing them.. BBQ was broken, poor cooking utensals. No screens with dengue reported on the Island and lots of mosquitos.
Remote, isolated location. Excellent food. Great fishing and island excursions. Island large enough to explore at leisure. Lots of hermit crabs and few, if any, mosquitos due to refreshing breeze.
Transit back to the main "village" is time consuming, but par for the course when looking to be remote. Luke warm showers are refreshing on hot days.
Poor facilities with no management on-site
