Food was good and location close to airport was ideal for my business in Port Moresby

At full rate the price of rooms is outlandish, it only makes sense to stay here if you can get a discounted rate

Airways is rather overpriced. However, if you want a luxury stay, and can afford it, Airways is the place to be.

I stayed for 4 days and the cold food on the buffet at the poolside restaurant did not vary very much. Restaurant food and beverage costs are incredibly expensive; a glass of house red was about 20kina. The buffet is around 50kina+ (not including drinks), and although the food is mostly nice there is not a huge variety especially at breakfast. Very overpriced.

The quality of your staff

Airconditioning in Room was difficult to maintain a suitable temperature.

The staff were excellent. Joel at the bar was fantastic as was Dudley. Most helpful.

Nothing actually

It was a safe and restful place after our previous 4 days at holiday inn ( Conference venue)

Wait staff slow, but this seemed to be usual in PNG. Service desk staff and leisure centre staff were wonderful- efficient and friendly and helpful

Excellent Customer Service - the best staff.

Being in a separate wing from the main hotel. Rooms could use a refurbishment, in the older wing.

Location and service were good!

Good location as I needed an hotel room close to the airport after traveling for almost two days from Spain. Did not use the hotel facilities, so no comment.

Room view poor, but as I only wanted to sleep this was not particularly important. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. Not particularly good value for money, but this is probably the norm for Port Moresby because of the security problems.

Too much card swiping to move around hotel. Plenty of waiters, but always had to ask waiters for more coffee or tea at breakfast. Rooms not clean, chipped bathroom tiles, curtains hanging off tracks Paint patches and scuff marks on walls

Clean, well maintained, modern, good food.

For business in the downtown area of Port Moresby, travel time is less convenient than hotels located in the central area. If you have security transport, this is not a problem. However, if not, then safe transport to and from town becomes a concern.

It's location to the airport. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Views from the top section of eatery. Felt very safe there.

Prices for food and drinks. Found it very expensive for the quality of the food. The room we stayed in was very dated but clean. Nothing like the photos on the web. Shower didn't work poperly.
