Strong Shower and hot water Great out side terrace and view
So close to the beach and quiet. Also very close to the shops and market just 5 minutes walk from the resort
None, would stay there again
The staff and tour guides were friendly and welcoming with a sense of humour
All wines purchased had been overheated in a container and poorly stored and transported in extremes of heat. Very damaged wine by the the time it arrived at the table
Location was perfect. Very beautiful. Restaurant menu needs work - no kids menu. On the pricey side for what it is - especially the activities they offer. Staff Are really lovely.
Pricey - rooms, restaurant and activities - wifi unreliable - staff lack of information
The property was lovely, the location was good and the staff were wonderful.
We were in a row of bungalows with wooden floors, and whenever anyone was up early, the noise from them was very loud with them walking up and down. This woke us on several occasions.
For this exaggerated price the breakfast was very poor, even simple pluncher coffee had to be paid for extra.
Friendly staff, great deck overlooking the beach. PNG prices are very high by Australian standards but it is the same right across the country.
Nice views, nice accommodation, good food
Poor wine selection, fish not available two nights out of four- bad for a sea side resort!!
All staff members extremely courteous and efficient Lovely rooms
little imagination in menu. Meal prices were very high. But enjoyed the restaurant nevertheless.
the atmosphere of the resort is tip top and the facility including the shore line was cleaned everyday. the staff and the guides were super helpful and made our stay most enjoyable.
You must remember that PNG is still not a 1st world country and we experienced no water for a night due to the town water supply unavailable. Showered with bottled water.
The position, facilities are good, included breakfast is very average, and dinners not a lot to choose from when you don't eat Chinese food. Gazelle day tour excellent but still very expensive if only a couple doing it.
Tours very expensive.
Great location & surrounds close to town centre....very Island tropical themes attractive... Shy, friendly, and pleasant staff...slow paced but helpful......
Insecure bathroom window fittings in room 45....not very reassuring....
Excellent accommodation overlooking the beach with the volcano clearly visible across the bay. The resort has a wonderful islands feel, a good restaurant, and the level of comfort and appointments will not disappoint. Would be my first choice in Kokopo every time.
Overall presentation of the resort, friendliness of the staff.
Was unable to get anyone to give me the password for the wifi. Wakeup call didn't happen and airport shuttle wasn't ready on time.
Excellent chef - meals always well prepared and presented.
Friendly staff. Lovely view from balcony. Comfortable clean room. Shady beach with good security. Close to main shopping area. Felt safe and welcome at all times
Disappointed that no fish was available on menu at this time of year
The lovely situation, grounds and outlook of the accommodation. Friendly staff.
The lack of definite information regarding excursions supposedly offered by the resort. Once on the one boat ride there seemed to be a lack of safety precautions and leadership regarding our trip.
