Lamana Hotel  

Restaurant was expensive but not bad for dinner, staff were friendly, airport transport was good. Security was OK.

Took the premium standard of room but it was cramped and poorly air-conditioned, entry light did not turn off. Smoke from smokers outside came into room through bathroom window, poor selection of TV channels, Business centre internet had to be reset every 15 minutes, breakfast buffet limited and expensive if eggs requested

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I liked the way they greeted everyone and made you felt so at home . Any problems were dealt with quickly and without fuss The room was comfortable and spacious - bed was comfy. -Wireless was a bit difficult to get and often didnt work as i was in a poor reception area . To make it work I had to hold my laptop up in the air at the top of the window. (I was in Room 61 ) - the shower head was too high so was a bit like showering in the rain ... not a show stopper, just a comment

I was under the impression that you would match the Wotif price of aus $263 per night which I provided on checking in. Not having the exact exchange rate it looks like I was charged well over aus $330 per night Wayne Judkins

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good range of food choices. It looks pretty and the grounds seem well maintained. There is a gym and it is free for guests. Looks clean and new. Bedrooms - cleaned very well, and bed and pillows in my room were comfortable.

Many, many things!! These are not 'complaints' but feedback. Where does one draw the line?? - No ATM in reception area - have to go through the bar/pokie machine area - felt very unsafe. - The gym is at the back of the accommodation area, down a dark (at night) laneway. I didn't feel safe going there at night - so I didn't use it. The gym itself looks quite nice. - Dining room : Food took a LONG time to be served. Room service took even longer to be delivered. - Room services staff - the young man who delivered my room service meal was a tad too familiar - brought food into the room and then stayed a bit too long checking himself out in the full length mirror, adjusting his hair and clothing. The second time he was somewhat annoyed that I took the food tray from him at the door and would not let him inside. - Housekeeping - my laundry was never put back in my room, and I actually had to phone late at night and ask for it! - Wireless connectivity in rooms is almost non-existent - not helpful at all if on business. - Business centre - a 5 minute print task took about 15 minutes to get printed, and printer could not be accessed by guests as in Hotel admin offices. All this time had to be paid for as online time. This meant having to constantly queue up at reception & ask them to check the printing. Often-times the paper ran out halfway through printing and then had to go back to reception again and again. Several times our meetings couldn't commence on time due to printing delays (despite having left half an hour for a 5 minute print job!). Think the hotel should have a printer IN the business centre. - Noise levels. Renovations on hotel are taking place in the front section right next to the lobby and restaurant. The jack-hammering continued constantly from about 8am through to 8pm. Horribly deafening. - Noice levels - nightclub. Apparently this is a favourite Gold Class night club in Pt Moresby.

Friendly personnel, good food for reasonable prices, good pick up service.

On the Saturday night there was noise from disco until 4 am.

PNGどこに行ってもこんなもんだとは思う。安全を金で買うのであれば、悪くはないが、しらないと腹が立つ- ばかりなので止めといた方がよい。 レストラン（イタリアン）は高いが味は良い。日本人にはくどいかも。

チェックインの際に、Booking.comからの予約が入っていなかった。通常の飛び込み客としてチェックイン。Booking.comでは345AUD(税込み＝33105円）での予約だったのに、715PGK(別途GST10%）(- 税込み後35723円といわれた。チェックイン後、booking.comのカスタマーサービスに電話して事情を説明。カスタマーサービスからホテルにかけあって、当初の契約- 通りに扱うことになったと、メールがあったのにもかかわらず、チェックアウトの際には715PGK(別途G- ST10%）になっていた。クレームつけたが、ホテル側は、同じだといいはって平行線。最後はこちらが折れ- た。
