Dirty parking area, smells like horse dung, cheap amenities, not so likable crew. On our first day, the hotel room's electricity went out causing my father to slip on the toiler, thankfully nothing serious happened. The hotel is very expensive and is a lied about the number of tenants so they can raise the reservation rates.

The location is perfect since it's near to most visited places. You can even take a morning walk or jog from the hotel to the Botanical Garden The staffs are accommodating. It's a clean place. A place that I can recommend to travelers.

I was expecting for bed slippers in our room. We still have to request from the hotel reception. I think rubber slippers don't much the classy ambiance of the hotel. How about free breakfast for every reserved guest,no matter what room is reserved. We had a reservation of 4 guests in a family suite room but only 2 guests were free of breakfast. No signal at the hotel room, we still have to go to the cafeteria.

Security is poor. Somebody pimped in our window while we were about to sleep. I don't know how long he was there. We complained this to the management but no response from them yet.

We liked the location. The staff were accommodating; the Manager's just walk the floors and does nothing. We have travelled worldwide and this is the worst hotel we stayed in.

The breakfast was horrible, it was cold, when I asked for brewed coffee and juice from the menu there was none, they ran out. I ordered vegetarian omelet came back with meat. Ordered room service was charged extra for bringing cold meal. According to their website there's WIFI but was disappointed, it was only located in the basement restaurant; which they have to reset every time. Very noisy hallways which echoes into the room. The staff liked to use their walkie-talkies any hour of the day which makes so much noise and it's hard to sleep. Complimentary water meant by going outside your room and dispense you water from a 5-liter gallon jug. Most of the time it's empty due to excess consumption of the patrons, only one per floor of 30+ rooms. Elevator was broken for two days which made it very difficult to get to the 8th floor. Upon checkout there were hidden charges along the way which were not explained to us correctly. After further argument they found out that they were wrong. Needless, we will not return to Albergo Hotel and neither our families and friends.

I loved the location, i really felt the ambiance of Baguio..away from the crowded place of the city proper..good accommodation, clean room...we got a family room and very ideal for a couple and kids..the room had a ref and microwave oven..comfort rooms were complete with toiletries...beddings were passable..i can recommend it with my friends and might check in again if ill be back.

Unfortunately, the room assigned to us was beside the kitchen of hotel's restaurant which was located at the upper basement..early in the morning, we were woke up by the noise of the utensils...also we did not enjoy the scenery from the window due to our room's location.

The hotel's location is very peaceful..

Very traffic on holidays! Grrrh

1. the room fcilities are defective like the refrigerator in the room is not well working, the exhasut fan inside the toilet is too noisy. 2. the free breakfast is only good for two.

- I look forward to more viands in the menu at the cafeteria - Please increase serving size of food served. - I suggest that Breakfast be served buffet style to lessen the "stress" in taking orders, preparing them and in announcing the room number of/ looking for the guest/s who ordered the food - Tried requesting for a Baguio city map when we arrived, but accdg. to the front desk staff it was "out of stock"! Shouldn't it be always available for your guests?

there are times the rooms are not that cold enough, i have to open the window sometimes to get a cold air.

The condominium-type rooms. You feel like at home.

Poor signal and wifi access. Not enough food during breakfast buffett.

Malaki ang mga kuwarto at malinis.Friendly at accommodating ang mga staff.Masarap din ang mga pagkain.

Walang wifi na available sa room kahit na binigyan pa kami ng password at saka wala ding hari dryer sa kuwarto kahit na nakasaad sa ad na ito ay available sa room na napili namin.

Location. It was the only hotel I found online at the last minute that could accommodate our group of 13. Location was close to the Mansion and horseback riding place.

The room was located in the basement and it smelled like the sewer. The cleaning staff already had an air freshener handy. The room initially assigned to us also had a broken window. Had we not notified the staff, we would not have been moved to another room. Check in time was at 2pm. We showed up around 20 minutes before check in time but could not be accommodated for a slightly earlier check in. We went inside the rooms around 15 to 20 minutes after 2 pm. Staff should have already had us prepare all the paperwork required for checking in while we were waiting. This place is overpriced. Rates shown per night was not inclusive of all taxes and fees. Room walls also seemed unfinished but painted over. One of the 3 rooms our group was given had a strong new paint smell.

I am not picky when it comes to accommodation. I can stay in a basic type accommodation or a luxury hotel, as long as the rates are right. I think albergo is too expensive for its class.

I had reserved 4 separate rooms, thinking that we'll all have a wonderful view of the mountains. Instead, the rooms we got were all underground. Two of which had no windows so the air in those two rooms smelled quite bad. The hot water supply was very inadequate. I am just glad we only stayed for 1 night.

I like their room , bed and linen is excellent as what I expected like others country hotel... Comfort room is very good.. Towels is good. Staft is very friendly We really enjoy our stay.

-Breakfast -Some noisy guest screaming at the middle of the night,the admins should give attention to this matter.
