rooms are old and INCREDIBLY noisy!!impossible to sleep. the "city-view" is on a kind of Favela. Breakfast is poor.

Many thing it's was bad.

I have used the Aloha Hotel for a number of years. The service is all right but the food has steadily gotten worse. I will use the Park Bay View next two trips as it is more convenient to the Embassy.

Everything was average and below - no particular likes

Rooms were old and tired. General cleanliness was poor. Our room was an oddly-shaped room next to the elevator and cleaner's rooms (1510) - therefore very noisy. As the hotel also sits on a busy traffic corner and currently has construction works at the back a general high level of noise. Breakfast was poor and pretty well only offered Filipino food (although the majority of guests that we saw were foreigners). To top it all off a large rat kept us company in the room for three days - running around in the ceiling. We informed hotel staff who found this as amusing but did nothing about it...

Frühstücksbuffet

Mooi uitzicht over de baai van Manila. Verder is er in de omgeving NIETS te doen. Het is er erg onrustig. Wij verbleven er 1 nacht om verder te reizen. Dat is goed te doen. Niet langer. Kamer is ruim en met balkon. Neem zeezicht. Prachtig. Wel een drukke 6 baansweg voor de deur, maar de deuren sluiten goed af. Ontbijt is minimaal. Ga verder niet eten bij het restaurant onder het hotel. Niet goed. Conclusie: 1 nachtje en dan operatie stofwolk. !!

Poor service

It was fairly ok for the first two times but lately the reception staff became cocky and unfriendly. One of the staff said that the booking was not entitled to breakfast and I pointed to what was fax them by booking.com which later he gave me the coupon for buffet breakfast. The next morning another staff said that the booking was entitled to set breakfast only not buffet meal. Very disappointed with the cocky staff. Will never return to this poor service hotel. Hey, this was what was agreed between booking.com and the hotel!

It seems like more of a place for single guys to bring temporary visitors than a place you'd want to stay.

Aloha Hotel is fairly located at a good place where we can see the sunset, accessible to the malls, it has also improved its facilities in terms of cleanliness but the restaurant at its ground floor is quiet disturbing and not customer friendly especially to those who have kids. I was offended when I was charged to pay for a free breakfast, they are so strict when it comes to foods. All the stuffs are triply expensive like a bottle of mineral water costing P30 each and few slices of fruit (melon) costs P120. I was compelled to pay the amount of P2,200.00 for old worn bedding due to my 3 year old grandson's coloring of the blankets, I did not have choice but to immediately pay to avoid further disagreements with the housekeeping. There should be a courtesy in dealing with customers, it was never our intention to cause any disorder with the hotel but it just happened and I felt very disgusted about the experience.
