I liked the faith , safty in the hotel's staff. I liked the way it designed in the unit.

Nothing i did not like in the hotel.

No discount rate for senior like us, i think front desk employees are rude for local tourists. Discount for seniors must be implemented, otherwise you are violating the law!

Our suite was incredible. The staff is friendly and will help with anything. Location is perfect for shopping or dining. Had a great time.

كاميرات على الرسبشين يشاهدك كل النزلاء حين تعمل شيك ان وهذا مخالف جدا للخصوصيه ..ولم اشاهد حتي في البلاد الاكثر تشددا امنيا الا في هذا الفندق ..غالبية سكانه عرب . مجملا الفندق كغرف لم يعجبني والسعر مبالغ فيه مقارنة بالفنادق الاخرى

Sorry about ascott makati I came to that hotel before its very clean but now it's very old furniture and it's not clean I cut my vacation after 5 dayes becs the hotel I complain many time there is no respons and he spray best control when I'm staying in the room

I first stayed at Ascott Hotel in December 2011 with my family. Booked two (2) Deluxe 2-bedroom suite for a group of 9 people. At first, I was worried that we will be over crowded. I was wrong. The bedrooms were spacious, good size living room and kitchen, excellent amenities. I also fell in love with this hotel because of location...it is right in the middle of everything…shopping, dining, museum, groceries, or just purely finding a walking trail. The staff were wonderful, friendly and attentive. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel, because there is none. Hence, on my last visit in December 2012, I booked this same hotel...same arrangements. I have highly recommended this hotel to my family and friends visiting Manila.

The front desk was not able to retrieve my booking details with Booking.com. Accordingly to them,the booking info was not sent to them. I had to then boot up my laptop and showed them the proof of my reservation. They then honored the transaction and had to find a room. This is definitely disappointing.mehat if my required room type was not available at that point? Secondly, based on Booking.com, the room came with breakfast for 4. I was told at the restaurant that their record was for 3. This could be their standard term but MIT what I bought! Although at the end, they decided the 4th breakfast was given complimentary, it was not a pleasant experience. What I didn't like was purely linked to the reservation process. Overall pleased with the hotel. A feedback from Booking.com would be expected.

Everything is close by, specially if you haven't visited Manila for a long time, we had a great time and would come back again. Location is close to everything we wanted.

The Ascott Makati Hotel has an excellent, courteous, and eager to please staff. The Hotel itself was beautiful...but it was the staff that made our stay memorable.

House keeping did not service our apartment. We had to request clean towels.

Staff always ready to help and consistently polite. Very close proximity to Makati shopping areas. Breakfast also good.

Some bathroom and living room fixtures are showing their age.

The staff are so friendly, the rooms are massive and well equipped

The smell which comes through the AC when your next door neighbour is cooking dried fish at 6 in the morning.

I like the place specially for the travelling with family. We have stayed for an overnight but i found the place as interesting and cool.

What I didn't like is hotel provided breakfast only for 2 while i have booked four person.

The operators in evening are too busy to answer calls, they just hang up on the caller which was bad

I stayed in Studio Room, the bed is too small for me and my wife to sleep comfortably

Our stay at Ascott hotel was exelent. Hotel staff was exceptional. They try to make you very welcome and safe at their hotel. The location is amazing, right in Glorietta mall so it's very convinient for shopping and Greenbelt shopping mall it's just steps away. Over all the service of the hotel was great. We've stayed there for three days, went for a week to Boracay to come back for another couple days to Ascott. Luggage storage at the hotel was very convinient and free of charge while we were away for a whole week. The breakfest buffet was very satisfactory, with lots of choices. Would definetely go back to the Ascott Makati on my next trip.
