all of the hotel staff are all friendly and accomodating. very neat and well maintained facilities. the hotel manager gave us A complimentary dinner becase we arrived late at the hotel due to storm.

Location is superb, close to every facility, helpful staff.

Bedbugs! seriously hit 3 out of 4 rooms of us..immediate action needed to resolve! ground floor room can clearly hear upper floors' footsteps.....

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The place is strategically positioned near places you normally go to like dmall. However if you needed the beach, it will have to ba a fair walk to get to a nice spot to swim. Otherwise, the facility was good and breakfast was awesome.

They didn't have transport organized from airport and back. Normally, hotels will organize to and from transports to airports but Astoria didn't have it. I have to separately book and pay for it which was very frustrating. I used Booking.com to reserve our stay and I was very disappointed that it didn't include airport transport. Given this is on an island and taxis are not readily available, they should look into this seriously. Very frustrating.

Great location makes it an easy walk to restaurants and other resorts. Very nice facilities, safe and secure. Very friendly and accommodating staff; very professional and efficient. Rooms are very nicely-appointed, very comfortable and spacious.

No "beachfront" to speak of -- because it is in a high-traffic location, you don't have a sense of "private space" by the beach -- you have to go all the way to the far end of Station 1 to get some "beach space"

We liked The Astoria Boracay because we got what we paid for. The hotel is nice and the staff was helpful.

서비스가 좋았고 위치가 스테이션 1에 위치하고 있어 여러 군데 접근성이 좋았습니다. 게다가 후문으로 나가면 바다가 바로 보여 좋았습니다.

공사중이라 소음이 조금 심했습니다. 물론 오후 6시 이후에 멈추긴 했으나 놀다가 중간에 들어와서 쉴 때 조금 거슬렸습니다.

游泳池真是太漂亮了。地方非常方便，走后门就可打车。前面是海滩，晚上的自助餐非常不错，火舞和乐队都很好- 。房间不错，有吹风机，还有棉签，设计较新很时尚。

客房打扫时间在中午，所以checkin必须等到1点甚至2点。早餐每日在变，时好时坏，全看人品。

Bruit très fort dès 6 H. du matin causé par le personnel (cuisine, buanderie, etc..) juste derrière la chambre. Impossible de dormir. Chambre donnant directement vers la piscine: obligation d'avoir tout le temps les rideaux fermés: très désagréable.

Pickup and airport transfers were handled efficiently despite the many delays suffered with flight. Very professional staff, good location around the boarder of station 1 & 2. a few descent restos right around the corner, 24/7 convenience store, 5 minutes walk to dmall. The hotel is beach side with a view from the hotel bar but as far as I could tell the rooms dont have sea view. You can walk to the beach go left to where all the noise is, or go right to the quieter side. Beach directly in front of the hotel is wide enough to relax without having to go far. Nice looking pool, rooms have a nice decore ... although the turquoise blue is a little over the top. Good value for the money given that it was cny weekend and everywhere was booked but if you have time to shop around, they did offer better rates during other periods. A big thank you to your staff!

My main complaint about this place was that the room was advertised with a balcony. While the upgraded rooms from their standard rooms are bigger, the "balcony" is just the outdoor hallway on the 2nd level. Not a balcony at all. I'm not sure if hotel is at fault or the site. Also, they are adding a new section under construction so around 7pm when I was trying to nap I could hear hammers and other noise ... a little annoying.

Staff was amazing. A few of them started calling me by my nick name "Sir Chris!" after awhile. The manager was outmost friendly by knowing who i was without knowing my room number or face. My entire stay in total was great. I would recommend to stay here again.

The rates were ok if the hotel was situated by Station 1 where in it would be beach front, although the accommodation makes up for it. My first room smelled like my bathroom for some reason although the second room i moved to was just fine.

I like the extra mile the staff gave to ensure you saw where your money went. The rooms were big, spacious and they covered you from bathroom toiletries, towels, free drying services to even a nice good night treat.

Although there was an attempt to level up the place to a 5 star hotel, it did not reach that rating in my experience. The staff was still relatively inexperienced with unplanned requests or questions such as they packed breakfast for us since we had to leave early, but forgot to include utensils for us to eat a whole mango. They materials used for the room was also noticeable budgeted. Showers would leak, the bedding was not egyptian cotton-- it was a bit rough.

Great location. Almost at the end of station 1 but only 10 mins of walking to the center of D-Mall. Slightly away from the busiest crowd and shops. Very friendly and willing to help staffs. Newly built resort.

Barbecue dinner and live band play every night in front of the resort and the noise is quite big even though my suite was away from that direction. Small swimming pool and below avg. breakfast.
